I ordered a blackberry from ebay (ordered several phones before with no issues) and I can't figure out what's going on. First, I had to figure out how to turn the radio back on as it was off when I got it. Now every time I click "camera" the phone shuts completely off and restarts! Tried two different batteries, on and off the charger, with and without microSD card. Any ideas?

I just send my w200i to be fixed there was something wrong with the flex and now that I have it back the camera doesn't seem to work you click into it and it just shuts down.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo yeah, my wives 8310 battery reports between 50-100% charge, and if she is in a call, bam it shuts off, and will only turn back on, on charger. I would think it was battery BUT; this happened every day while in California, we went to South Carolina for the holidays (whole month of december), and it happened only once.OS is up to date, I upgraded to latest to make sure that wasn't the issue, happened following day (in Cali)and battery is 2 y/o. Anyone ever hear of this anomaly?

After the manually turning On the phone again, it will work again including the camera icon or button. But, after a while, it will be like that again, especially when the camera is not used for a while. The phone have been updated with latest software using SE PC Companion.
