i insert current battery and the screen will be black , and the red LED light blinking 4 times . but when i try inserted the new battery , the red LED does not blinking.
View 1 Repliesmy bb 8110 was working fine, the battery went low and i plugged in the charger, it then shut off and the 'no battery' sign comes on. i took out the battery and re-insert and still the same thing....it has been working with this battery from day one...what is the problem now and what do i do!!!

It asked me for a reboot and then all of a sudden my blackberry won't start up. If i run it in safe mode i see battery charging for about 10 seconds and then battery with a red cross in the middle all over again.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had been using my Z2 for 1 and a half year. everything goes very fine until dew days ago. It suddenly goes into blackscreen while pressing power button/ power + vol. up does not work. I need to dock/charge it for like few secs to make it "alive". I tried reset phone to factory settings, and it still the same.
Tried repair through Sony PC Companion, but it takes FOREVER to download and i just give up this (I have totally no issue at all with my connection. I was browsing youtube, playing games, scrolling facebook etc. without any internet latency problems so definitely will not be my network problem). Then today, it restarted again, so i tried docking it (it was abt 90% remaining). once i dock it, it displays with very low battery (its like less than 10%).....
My Blackberry Torch is stuck on a black screen with a crossed out battery symbol.
-I've tried doing a battery pull
-I've tried taking the battery out and just plugging it in Nothing works. The red LED does turn on for a few seconds when I plug it in if that helps.
The SD can be added and removed while the battery is still in place?

It was working fine, until one day the screen started flickering, and then just went all black... now it still turns on, everything turns on, and yet the screen does not... it remains black for the longest time till whenever it decides to show up itself. I have removed the battery and put it back in and the only response to that it the red LED light coming on for a few minutes then coming off.

All of a sudden, a small black patch appeared on the bottom left side of the screen.It seemed the pixels stopped working at that portion, leadig to a blackout. However, after a couple of days the screen was working fine again. It worked properly for a good 1-1.5 months. Now, the black spot re-appeared but this time on the top left side of the screen.
