My Blackberry Torch is stuck on a black screen with a crossed out battery symbol.
-I've tried doing a battery pull
-I've tried taking the battery out and just plugging it in Nothing works. The red LED does turn on for a few seconds when I plug it in if that helps.
I have replaced battery, charged battery, and taken it out and still have the cross out. will not load anything and will not connect to bb desktop.

The status bar goes to the top...THEN IT REPEATS IN A NEVERENDING LOOP! Even when i start Blackberry Desktop it of course wont even connect to my device because it is not loaded.

while downloading bbm music earlier, just as it was finishing downloading, my phone switched itself off, and went to the black blackberry screen with the white loading bar at the bottom. it has been in a loop on this screen for about half an hour now, and i am very worried! the white loading bar gets to about 3 quarters of the way done and shuts down and starts the process all over again. i've tried taking the battery out, putting my phone on charge and nothing will help it!
Recently my phone freezes when I am using it, it comes up with a small black egg timer symbol and it just kills my battery, i hear this is a common blackberry problem and it sometimes resolves itself when I pull the battery out the back, but surely this cannot be healthy for the phone to constantly pull the battery out whilst its still on?

It asked me for a reboot and then all of a sudden my blackberry won't start up. If i run it in safe mode i see battery charging for about 10 seconds and then battery with a red cross in the middle all over again.

I keep calls diverted whne busy, out of reach etc. For some reason the E7 displays the "All calls diverted" (the bent arrow) on the screen even if I have removed all call diversions and rebooted.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI woke up this morning to a big red x across a battery sign on my blackberry bold 9900, i immeditately took the battery out and used a hirdryer to warm it up as i have been warned about this before. after about 10 minutes i put the battery back in and everything turned on fine, then i went to charge my blackberry and it would not work. I used serveral different ports, wall chargers, different usb cables and points and none of this worked.It had ran almost of battery and stayed working for about and hour when it died again, i then put it in the usb point when i got to work and again it would not charge and the red cross appeared. it is now all taken apart and is sitting on the radiator.

So I wanted to get some free hearthstone card back and free packs, which were only given out to people with Samsung Galaxy S6. Apparently there was a way to get this on any device by editing "ro.product.brand" and "ro.product.model" in build.prop.
I did this, restarted my device and got my stuffs pretty easily. After this, I replaced the build.prop with my backup copy and restarted my phone. But, this time the phone is not booting. After google logo, it's stuck with black screen.
So far I have tried clearing cache but didn't work. Also, I tried to use adb to pull the build.prop but unfortunately I get "error:Closed" even though "adb devices" does show up my phone.
So I had my phone in my pocket all night, with a screen code lock so nothing could be pressed, and when I woke up and took it out everything was in black and white (apps, texts, entire interface). I know this is what happens when you turn on Ultra Power Save mode, but it wasn't enabled when I checked. I enabled and disabled that mode, cleared my cache partition, checked under Direct Access to make sure Grayscale wasn't on, rebooted, and I've restarted a couple of times. Nothing.

i've just updated ios version but during restore it goes shut down and then i try to reset the i device but notthing happened when i reset the i device it'll went in dfu mode automatically i'm afraid is there any problem with mine's i deivce mine's i device isn't turning on no apple logo no hard reset works ?

I was updating my Iphone 5 to the new update and left it plugged in to finish the update. When I came back it was stuck on the white loading screen and a message on the computer said iTunes could not connect to the Iphone because it was locked with a passcode and wants me to enter the passcode. However I cannot enter the passcode because the phone won't let me. I cannot get the iphone to shut off or restart as my top button hasn't been very responsive lately.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I tried to root my 6P with the Nexus Root toolkit , first I unlocked the bootloader, that went well . After that I tried to root it but my build number wasn't there (MDB08L) So I researched if that would be a problem and a couple of people said they followed the same instructions as with the MDB08K build and it worked just fine on theirs so I proceeded.
I selected the "any build" from the options on the toolkit and it seemed to be going well, I followed the instructions , flashed the files on twrp and from there I rebooted and it got stuck on a bootloop... :/ so then I tried to use the toolkit to fix the bootloop and selected the MDB08K and after it ran and finished it isn't exactly bootlooping but it is now stuck on the black Google logo and does nothing ...

It starts a little bit the normal start up procedure (1 or 2 mm from the white nooting line I can see) and than it stopps and shows me the battery symbol. How can I fix this urgently - I'm on a business trip and I need the BB!

It suddenly goes into blackscreen while pressing power button/ power + vol. up does not work. I need to dock/charge it for like few secs to make it "alive". I tried reset phone to factory settings, and it still the same.
Tried repair through Sony PC Companion, but it takes FOREVER to download and i just give up this (I have totally no issue at all with my connection. I was browsing youtube, playing games, scrolling facebook etc. without any internet latency problems so definitely will not be my network problem). Then today, it restarted again, so i tried docking it (it was abt 90% remaining). once i dock it, it displays with very low battery (its like less than 10%).....
As soon as i slide the screen up to type on keypad the screen goes black,when i close it it turns back on. Not sure what to do...

I have tried several solutions like putting it in DFU Mode, reset, leaving it charged on my desktop/wall for no less than 2 hrs etc and of course its jailbroken, i also tried booting it in tethered mode but these dont work.
