when i open my browser i get this very long message starting with the sentence in the subject. I use the browser when I'm on wifi only(mobile network off) as in my country you only have 100 mbs on the mobile network.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI turned off the 3G network and wish to connect to the Internet via the WiFi connection. My WiFi is enabled and has a valid IP address. I can ping the WiFi gateway, I can also ping an external host (google.com which resolves to 74.125.224.134). DNS lookup also works just fine and I can ping various hostnames directly. So, the ICMP packets are traversing the network. In WiFi Diagnostics (Advanced), I see a valid local IP address (192.168.5.190) and gateway (192.168.5.1, which is also the local DNS server / DNS relay agent).So, I want to pull data (web pages, etc.) from the Internet using the WiFi only (with the 3G cell / mobile network disabled). But when I turn off the mobile radio, I get this error: "Cannot visit web page when radio is turned off. Please turn on the radio and try again."

Everytime the device backs up it goes all they through and at the end it gives the error message: "There was an error backing up. There could have been a problem with the device or connection during the backup. Verify that the device is turned on and connected."
On my Z3 I have no signal. In the service menu * # * # 4636 # * # * I found that the radio is turned off. After pressing the button to turn on the radio, nothing happens.

Checked the forum and did not find any on this post! Ran my battery down to 4% and radio did not turn off. Has Rim done away with this feature? Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?

Just now I turned off noise suppression and turned on call clarity enhancement.However, it occurs to me that since I have another LG G4 on my account and also a samsung, I should do some comparisons between the phones to make sure it's not my phone.
