Jan 21, 2012just bought this device, trying to install some apps, and getting the "device radio is turned off" issue. i read the forum and tried the battery suggestion, rebooting, and all that. i do not have data plan on this phone, not sure if that is causing it, but my wifi is working fine as i was able to browse ebay and Internet.

Feb 9, 2011I recently upgraded to OS 6 on my Curve 9300 3g, (on the advice of a BB rep) and ever since my device memory has been low. When it was on OS5 it had about 90mb of free memory, now even after a reboot I' m lucky to have between 30 to 34mb. Now Web pages close unexpectedly and cannot use the tabbed browsing at all. I only a couple of small apps left on the device as I have deleted most of them already. I upgraded the OS using the desktop software, and all seemed to have worked OK. Have I missed something?, was there install files I should have cleared?

Aug 21, 2010Checked the forum and did not find any on this post! Ran my battery down to 4% and radio did not turn off. Has Rim done away with this feature? Not very often i have the battery down this low, and i know it is not good for the battery. I just wanted to see if it would turn off. I plugged my phone in at 4% so I did not run the battery any lower. I thought it was at 5% that it would turn off. Is the percentage lower? Or is RADIO OFF gone?

Apr 22, 2012My blackberry curve 9300 3G wont turn on ! first it started with it freezing without the rotating clock in the middle of it and i have been taking the battery out of it. I wiped my phone thinking it would fix it but it didnt.
