I am unable to switch applications after having answered a phone call, but only when I answered the the phone while it was locked. I can get to the "switch application" option by pushing on the BB key, but nothing happens after. Is it a setting issue on my device or a limitation of the locked phone?

Installed vlingo but later uninstalled. Now there is no "Switch Application" when clicking BB button and scrolling to bottom of list like there use to be? Is there an option for this? I know there are other ways to get to switch application but I would like this option back as well.

On my Windows Mobile phones I can run an application called Bandswitch which lets me select whether I want a 2g or 3g connection. Since the Iphone doesn't have stellar battery life to begin with, such an application would really help me conserve my power usage.

I bought a Verizon Bold 9900 and it's been working wonderfully well for the first 4 months. A few days ago I connected my phone to my laptop and did a sync on blackberry desktop manager. I think I might have also updated the software of the phone. But the basic intention was to backup my data (which hung half way). I woke up the next morning and my phone was switched off. Whatever I try, the phone only blinks red every few seconds but does not switch back on. I have tried using my friends bold 9900 battery but that didnt work either (so battery is not the problem). I am afraid this might be a software problem. Now I can't get this phone replaced from Verizon and need a fix because I really can't afford to purchase another phone like it!

I have tried going in the app and then clicking "close" in the menu, the end call key and nothing seems to work. Some applications have the word "exit" on their menus and that seems to do the trick for some and but not all.

Another problem, I want to update to OS 5.0 and I cannot clear enough of the Application memory off of the BB to do so. I got it down to where I need to clear 3MB off, and I don't have anymore Apps to Uninstall! Funny how I have 900 MB on my device memory free and 1.8 GB on the media storage, but I can't make anymore room on the Application memory partition! I just want to update the software!

I have an iPhone 4s (Verizon). I had recently purchased what was described as an OEM screen plus LCD after I had cracked my factory screen. After replacing the screen and LCD such features as the side volume controls, vibrate switch, and proximity switch (dimming after accepting a call) have stopped working. I double checked to see that all of the connectors were pushed on correctly and they were. Is it possible this may not be an OEM screen and causing the problem or is there a piece of the hardware that I may have damaged that controls all of these functions (i.e. motherboard)?

So of course there's switch mode from work and "play". I have this issue where when I switch from one the theme changes and if I switch back the theme doesn't change. I thought this would be fix, but I guess I was the only one with this issue. Just updated to .54. I'm of course not going to do anything about it I'll just work with it. I have restored it to previous version and also have changed the battery. This went on for a few more days. Now my nexus 5 doesn't switch on and neither does it indicate that the battery is charging even after I keep it plugged on for a long time. I've done everything possible. I tried taking out the battery it didn't work I bought a new battery that was fully charged and still nothing happened not even the red light. I have put on charge for a about 1 hour or more some times for the past 4 days and still there isn't any responds. I have taken the battery out for a few hours as well and placed into the phone again and still nothing.

The tries again to switch on, but keeps hitting the same point.
