May 5, 2012I noticedlast night that my phone was saying no service and couldn't find a signal. I my tried my sim in my old phone and it's ok so no fault there. iPhone Recognises the sim just won't pick up a signal.

My Bold 9000, iPhone and laptop can recognise over 10 wifi networks around my house. But the Torch 9810 cannot even recognise the one in my room, 10 ft away. However when I sit next to the Router it does recognise?

I have been trying to change it on my Bold 9650 but to start I have to enter my ID (which I checked and is my email address) but when I enter it I get an error message saying that my "user name is invalid. A user bane nust be at least 4 characters." and I can get no further. I have verified my Blackberry ID and my username but nothing I do works. As a last resort, how do I delete my email account entirely and start over?

Aug 2, 2011I see there are some other threads about this point, and recomended links for reading articles on the knowledge databases (some links are not working). In my case, may be, the problem is my Windows Vista is not using the Blackberry USB driver; instead, it uses a standard usb driver. I tried to update it in the Device Manager, by selecting the ones that is found in program FilesCommon FilesResearch In MotionUSB Drivers, but the process always finishes telling me the driver is up to date. The result is, Windows recognices the unit, even if I connect it as a USB unit, and if I connect it for Multimedia sincronization; but BB Desktop Manager does not see it.
I also tried downloading and installing BB USB and Modem drivers from the BB downloads, but that didnīt change anithing.I think this is the source of my problem, because most documents in the knowledge database says I have to see the BB USB driver on de Device Manager.How can I force Windows to use BB USB driver?

SPent 1 hour with VErizon last night- and computer will not recognize my device (my guess is that is the endless loop is interfereing) we went to the "wipe" option but to no avail. Jan 9, 2012I recently had water damage to my BB Curve 9300 phone, stupidly I had not relaised but transfered all my contacts from SIM to phone Of course all this info got wiped when the phone was repaired. But i had registred with Blackberry ID and got a few apps one of which was BB Protect, backing up all my contacts etc. However now when I go to enter my email and password for BB ID it does not recognise me, I have tried 'forgot password' and the same happens, it does not recognise my email or any other emails I use. I have spoken to O2 and they say they can see I registered with BB and state if I had apps must have registered an email address. I am going mad because they must have an address and password for me as they allowed me to get other free apps, therefore my info must be on their system. I don't want to re-register as BB Protect will not recognise the new name or will it? Does it take other info when you register, like the PIN or IMEI?

May 16, 2012My Lexar8GB MicroSd card worked for a long time. over the past month ive had it at its max capacity with 913 songs on it and a few hundered pictures. I unlocked my phone the other day and it said that i needed to format my sd card.. AGAIN. so i lost over 200 pictures that i wont get back and now i have no source to listen to music on the go. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this please tell me. ive tride taking the battery out and back in to reboot it but it does the same thing, and ive tried taking out the card and putting it back in... nothing. Jul 2, 2010no matter what settings I use on the 9650 "Memory" settings. I cann't get any computer (Windows 7 or XP Pro) to recognize the device as "mass storage device" so I can access the memory card. There is plenty of items on the card, and I can access them fro mthe decive, but the computer won't "find" it. This is with DM 5.0 and 4.7, on windows XP Pro and Windows 7.
