View 7 Replies View RelatedOn my 9000, and I thought on my Torch as well - until today - there was a subpage in mail options called message services which permitted you to select which email account settings to modify (for example BES or BIS). Then once I selected my BES account there was an option to "send email to handheld" or not. Something I turned off every evening and back on in the morning (don't want work emails bugging me all night).BUT, now I can't find where that option is on my Torch. Very strange. I've searched everywhere, I think. Any help would be great. At minimum, will someone who has multiple email accounts (BES) check their Torch to see if the setting I refer to is there? I'm not sure If I messed something up which caused the option to disappear. At a minimum, will someone who has multiple email accounts check their Torch to see if the setting I refer to is there? It happens suddenly while texting, using BBM or WhatsApp and sometimes after a phone call, it even reboots when I am not using it at all (during the night when I'm asleep).

On my work blackberry I was able to easily set up both my personal AOL and hotmail accounts but I am not being given the option with my new phone. Can anyone help please, I'm getting very frustrated with not being able to find a blackberry technical support service or helpline!

Whenever I get to the setup Internet Mail Account menu, it just would not respond or go any further. Only Enterprise Account menu would response which I am not interested in.

View 4 Replies View RelatedCan anyone give me a way to forward texts to email so they can be printed off. I called Verizon and was told there was no way. View 2 Replies View RelatedSome of our forwarded/replied emails are showing as complete gobbledegook, the annoying part is it seems very inconsistent:

We use O2's hosted service via Exchange OWA. The email signature's all appear fine but the main body of the emails show as above.
I am one of those whose enterprise email options have crashed in open state (so I can't change any settings) and IT can't reinstall my OS (the only fix) before I leave for holiday. If I disable data services In my mobile network options will that prevent emails from being forwarded to my BB from the enterprise server?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got a new bold and I haven't had any problems except for I get a ton of emails from a server saying it is connecting to my device. it look like this.. network@etp1109.etp.na.blackberry.net
This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.
How do I get this to stop? It is so annoying and happens like 50 times a day.
Whenever I read, or reply emails in Outlook 2010 on my laptop/pc, a copy of that same email gets sent to my handheld again (ending up with 2 copies of same email).
how I can stop this from happening? It's a pain to read or reply to 5 emails and then have the same 5 emails sent to my handheld. If I read them on my 9900, delete or reply to them, no duplicate is sent again.
I am currently experiencing problems forwarding emails with attachments - If I receive an email with attachments and wish to forward to another email address, the recipient only receives the main body of the email - not the attachments - I can open the attachments on my handset without any problems

View 1 Replies View RelatedWhy can't I forward emails that I receive from the internet? When you forward the email the images and some of the text are lost. Even if you save it as a draft you some of the content are lost. Is there maybe another email app that I can use (just not K9, doesn't work).
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am receiving emails just fine. When trying to forward, I merely hit the blackberry key and forward comes up with other options. I scroll to forward and then it wants the email address I want to forward to. After entering the email address, no matter which key I hit, Blackberry key or scroll button, I only get two choices...."Save Draft" and "Full Menu". I then click on Full Menu and there is no option to "send."

View 1 Replies View RelatedDue to security issues, I am unable to create an account on my BB to receive email. To maneuver around this problem I simply forward all my emails from my University account to my Gmail which I can receive on my blackberry. However, these emails never sync to my phone even though they do appear in my gmail account when I access it through a computer. Any thoughts? Is this a Gmail or BB issue?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI've noticed a couple issues when sending a text message to multiple people. On my old curve, I could hit the menu button, click "add TO", choose a contact, and thats it, simple. But on my Bold, I have to click, "Show recipients", and add another recipient. Now, the problem arises when i want to send it to only one more person. I choose the person and it has the next option for recipient open, which is blank cause im not choosing anyone else. I hit "ok", and it does nothing. I hit "ok" again and when i send the message, its sent duplicate messages, meaning each person gets the message twice. Same thing happens when forwarding. Id choose the person i want to forward the message to, but when I hit "ok" it doesnt do anything, so i have to hit it again and it adds the one contact twice. Anybody know how to fix this issue? Or is this just a common glitch that hasnt been fixed yet?
View 4 Replies View Relatedi am currently using Blackberry 9790 and i am having trouble in finding the "Email Accounts" menu in Setup, it is just not there.i was using the 7.1.0.523 then i upgraded it to the latest OS 7.1.0.746 the menu appeared after I upgraded it at first but after I restarted the device it was gone again like before.
View 3 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone have issues using their Bold 9790 outside, in the open air, when there is a breeze/wind blowing? Or even in the car if the air vents are blowing, even slightly? Whenever I am outside, even if there is hardly any wind, I am unable to send any kind of messages or scroll through menus, as the 'cursor' keeps going back up to the very top of the phone. So if I am trying to send a message, it scrolls right back to the oldest message. I have gone into the settings and made the sensitivity as low as it will go, but it makes no difference.
