Dollar sign not recognized in password after OS upgrade My password contains the dollar sign, the key at the righthand bottom corner, next to the Enter key.After upgrading to the new OS today, this character is not recognized as valid; the other characters are shown as stars but this one is not and I am at my last attempt.Using the alt key also does not do the trick.

(I had problems getting the setup to give me that ID, so I tried inputting <Personal Content Removed> in the field, since they don't tell you a format to use).BB shows that <Personal Content Removed> is my ID.How do I verify with Blackberry what they setup for me? It brings up my e-mail address automaticaly and when I type in a password it says "unable to validate the email address and password combination". It then gives me the option to try to recover my password and the response I get is "Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again". I have been getting this message for weeks. My connection is fine I receive emails every day and I have no problems connecting to the internet.

I followed some instructions online and when I tried to follow the instructions it kept failing in Odin; so I've decided not to go through with the root and wanted to get back to stock lollipop, but when I restart the phone I get the error message "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again." But when I plug my s5 in and open kies it always gives me the message "this device isn't supported by kies" and I have the newest version (Kies 3).

I am having trouble updating the apps on my I=-phone because nothing I enter is recognised. I enter the e-mail address originally used and the correct password but it says it doesn't recognise this. I have also tried to re-set the password but it says it is sending me an e-mail to do this but it never comes. I have set up a new user ID and password but don't know how to transfer that so it updates my I-phone.

Now whenever she goes to her contacts a message pops up saying Sign In or Sign Up to OVI. She's been on the phone now with Nokia for 2 hours trying to resolve.Anyone out there have any ideas?
