Jun 5, 2012I have been trying to configure my blackberry curve 9360 to my OWA account since the past 3 days, tried almost all available permutations and combination of putting in details to the set up menu on "email setup" on BB.When I try to enter just the email address and the password, the error message I get is "Update failed!".But when I misspell my domain (xxxxxx@DOMAIN.com) and enter the correct password, it displays the "I will provide the settings" where it gives me the option to enter my OWA URL (https://mail.xxxxxx.com), user id (domain<username>, password .I am 100% confident that the credentials i entered is correct, but still the error i get while i submit for configuration is" Cannot log in. Please verify your email address, username and password"

Feb 19, 2010My wife accidently going through her contacts went to the very top where there's a drop down menu for Phone or Contacts. It went to Contacts. Now whenever she goes to her contacts a message pops up saying Sign In or Sign Up to OVI. She's been on the phone now with Nokia for 2 hours trying to resolve.Anyone out there have any ideas?
And by the way, are other brands of phones this bad, what with setting up loops like this can't be broken. Or, like what I've read here and elsewhere, all the problems with the Lock Code? I mean, it seems Nokia needs to go back to the drawing board and work on their user interface.

Apr 16, 2012I have a replacement Blackberry while mine is in getting repaired. When I tried to activate the email account, it says that the password is incorrect. I have changed the password using my computer and my phone (options, device, blackberry id). I can log into my account on the Blackberry website using the updated password but when I try to activate the email account with the password it says incorrect. I have checked the box to show the password so I know that the password has been entered correctly. I've tried about 5 times.

Now I can't add it back, it keeps saying that it's an invalid password and it can't validate, and to contact hotmail.com. I even changed my password on hotmail.com, I just logged into my hotmail on the actual computer with the correct same password, the same one that my BB won't take. When I put in my password on the email setup page it says, "Processing, please wait..." Then I get this error, "Invalid email address or password. Verify your email address and password. If the error persist, contact hotmail.com. " I have other email accounts on my phone that are working just fine.
