After upgrading to Lollipo my Xperia Z2 is unable to sign into my corporate wifi network. It just shows as blank screen after I click on Sign into network from the notifications.
View 5 RepliesSince updating my D6503 to Lollipop 5.0.2 (Build 23.1.A.0.726) yesterday, I can't connect to my workplace's Wi-Fi anymore. I'm still able to connect to my home and public Wi-Fi networks.
My workplace network settings:
WPA2 EnterpriseEAP method: PEAPPhase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2CA certificate: (Unspecified)DHCP server.I am able to connect to this network using my credentials on other devices - but my Xperia Z2 just refuses to establish a connection. I've tried "forgetting" the network, restarting the phone (including in safe mode). No success.
I've noticed around the web this looks like a Lollipop bug, and from what I've seen you can go into a menu from that blank page when attempting to sign in to a public wi-fi network, but in my HTC One I only get the blank page and a sentence in the bottom asking for the username and password with no fields to do so.

But most of all that makes me mad is that the upgrade changed my notification sounds I had customized. not only that now I can not select my favorite sounds for specific notification. can only get sounds and ringtones that are on Lollipop by default.

Have tried pressing all the buttons but always have to wait until the call ends. This makes it worthless during calls, especially if there is an automated system. After an upgrade to Lollipop, I noticed my gmail label notifications are delayed, i.e. whenever an email with my label is received in my inbox, my customised label notification is delayed, until I unlock my phone and about half a minute later, the notification will appear.
2. Sometimes, the notification sounds (be it whatsapp, email or messages) in locked screen will sound warped.
3. After I unlock the screen and say I'm at my home screen, when I move to another screen, it does not load up properly.
I upgraded to lollipop today, all fine except my mobile data doesn't work.Tried turning off and on, switching to airplane mode and back, and changing mobile operator and back, still not working.

When I browse the Internet how do I know if I am using my corporate network connection or my 3G?The reason I ask is that our company Internet connection is locked down and access to specific sites are either blocked or only accessible at specific times. As an example Facebook can only be accessed between 12:00-14:00. However when I use my BB I can access that site outside of that time - which makes me think that though I am connected to the network I am not using it to access the Internet - albeit it does seem alot faster.
I am unable to download anything onto my neo v using 3G network after the ICS upgrade. I am able to do so quite easily using wifi though.

With GB all 3 G data connection and all network connections worked perfectly fine.Upgraded to official ICS. Now I can not connect to 3 G data network at all.Wasted almost 2 days thinking that this is a problem with my network service provider.After searching Google it looks like bug in Sony ICS upgrade. View 6 Replies View RelatedMy corporate account (Exchange/Activesync server) hasn't synced since the update was installed Saturday, June 30th. It was syncing fine pre-ICS, however, post-ICS nothing. The screenshot reflects the message I receive when attempting to set up the account on the phone.
In troubleshooting, I have tried removing the account (only initially following the upgrade, account will not complete set up since) and adding it again.
Also, all other email accounts (gmail, earthlink, hotmail, yahoo) are connecting fine, only having problems with the Corporate account. Additionally, I need this to work more for the calendar sync than the email, especially since I separate my work/personal calendars via this account, Google, and personal version of Outlook.
I just upgraded to Gingerbread and can't figure out how to set up Corporate Sync. In Froyo there was a place to enter the mail server URL but that doesn't exist in Gingerbread. Since we have multiple mail servers, I think that entry is required. I've tried every combination of domain, username and password I can think might work but I always get an "invalid login" error.

The Wi-Fi has a username and password and even if they are entered correctly, the Wi-Fi doesnt connect through. Is there some restriction for NOkias to connect to such Wi-Fi's ?
I bought an iPhone 4G in Hong Kong official Apple store, and now using it in Russia. They said it is oficially unlocked. I never did jail or anything inappropriate within the user licence. Recently I upgraded the device to iOS 5, then to 5.0.1 and 5.1, but the problem still remains. Unfortunately, the Apple guarantie is availiable only at the local place in Hong Kong. The problem is there is no network (EDGE, GPRS, 3G) in the iPhone, it means there is NO sign and NO symbol of network (small circle/E/3G) next after the network name. Of course, none of internet service is availiable. Nothing changes when I'm playing with switching the network switches (in Network menu). I contacted my local network company and they said that none of GPRS services are missing in my account, the GPRS support is on, so they don't know why the network is absent. There is no doubt about network parameters - my son has iPhone 3Gs with the same operator, and parameters he has action pretty well. Do you have any ideas? Is it the problem of Hong Kong->Russia transfer? Maybe this device isn't compatible?

I still have to wait for full-functionality on my X10 when the service provider gets updated to a new contract in a few weeks.However, I cant get it to connect to my home wi-fi network.It recognises the network and remembers it. The Network Key is good. Ive tried both with and without 'data traffic enabled', and of course the phones Wi-Fi is turned on- Ive tried that both through the main screen and through the Wi-Fi Settings screen.I got a shock bill last week because the phone was using dial-up connection instead of Wi-Fi without me realising it!Also, how can I ensure it chooses unsecured or 'FreeZones' when on the move over dial-up? I want to be able to use the Navigation function, but worry about the phone being connected too much, even with the internet bundle I am subscribing to.
