Xperia Z3 :: No Dual Sim Support On Go SMS Pro When Upgrade To Lollipop
Oct 21, 2013
I am not sure whether you all encounter there is no Dual Sim capability in Go SMS Pro when I upgrade my Z3 Dual to Lollipop? I have no issue with the default SMS client though.
When I was updating to Android 5, after 1 month my device start to lost speakers and microphone and camera,My speaker doesn't work, when I turn camera on, error come to my screen, unfortunately camera is stop,
just did the latest upgrade on my x10 thru PC companion...it was done properly. However, I don't notice anything changed esp. on the dual touch (tried gallery/angry bird/browser and even multi touch tester), nothing happened. What's wrong? Is it possible the update actually missing some crucial files?
My Xperia Z2 disconnected from the computer while it's updating the OS to lollipop. Now when i trying to open it, it's come with the logo of SONY Xperia and reboot the device again and again. What can i do??
My Sony Experia compact Z3 propose me to do the upgrade in Lollipops 5.1.1. I await because I wanted to shave my data before doing it. Without doing anything and without accepting the upgrade, my Sony has done the upgrade this morning. After the upgrade, my mobile is from scratch, I have lost everything...Is there a solution to get back my data ? And also is it normal that the mobile erase everything without authorization ?!
Since updating my D6503 to Lollipop 5.0.2 (Build 23.1.A.0.726) yesterday, I can't connect to my workplace's Wi-Fi anymore. I'm still able to connect to my home and public Wi-Fi networks.
My workplace network settings:
WPA2 EnterpriseEAP method: PEAPPhase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2CA certificate: (Unspecified)DHCP server.I am able to connect to this network using my credentials on other devices - but my Xperia Z2 just refuses to establish a connection. I've tried "forgetting" the network, restarting the phone (including in safe mode). No success.
The power key/button on my device isnt working. I can't switch off the device and it worries me cos this started few hours after i performed the upgrade to Lollipop.
Ever since Lollipop upgrade I see many issues with my Xperia Z2. But most of all that makes me mad is that the upgrade changed my notification sounds I had customized. not only that now I can not select my favorite sounds for specific notification. can only get sounds and ringtones that are on Lollipop by default.
Getting used to the new look with lollipop but ever since the upgrade my screen goes black and doesn't respond at all during a phone call. Have tried pressing all the buttons but always have to wait until the call ends. This makes it worthless during calls, especially if there is an automated system. The only time it does work is when using Bluetooth.
With Android 4.4.4 my xperia Z2 screen mirroring was successfull with Samsung Smart TV.Now after Lollipop upgrade when I try screen mirroring I obtain an error message "Mirroring error. The output device doesn't support HDCP...."
1. After an upgrade to Lollipop, I noticed my gmail label notifications are delayed, i.e. whenever an email with my label is received in my inbox, my customised label notification is delayed, until I unlock my phone and about half a minute later, the notification will appear.
2. Sometimes, the notification sounds (be it whatsapp, email or messages) in locked screen will sound warped.
3. After I unlock the screen and say I'm at my home screen, when I move to another screen, it does not load up properly.
I upgraded to lollipop today, all fine except my mobile data doesn't work.Tried turning off and on, switching to airplane mode and back, and changing mobile operator and back, still not working.
After upgrading to Lollipo my Xperia Z2 is unable to sign into my corporate wifi network. It just shows as blank screen after I click on Sign into network from the notifications.
I have a fail with stamina mode after upgrade to android lollipop. My connections wifi and mobile data are still active and that reduces my battery life. Should I reinstall android kitkat?
considering that i've seen these support videos on Internet, it is silly that they don't work in the support app. should be a trivial thing for se to fix.
Since "upgrading" to lollipop on my Verizon G3, using Google Play Music, I'm getting a really annoying stutter when Bluetooth streaming. Random stutters, freezes, drops. VERY intermittent. Didn't do this prior to lollipop. Strangely though, metadata is showing all the time now, which is an improvement.
I have an unlocked M7, just recently updated from 4.4.2 to 5.0.2. No it's not rooted or anything like that. Now for some unknown reason the Home button has only one function: return to home screen. If I double-click it, nothing happens. No "recent apps" screen. If I hold it, nothing happens either. No app menu opens. The key doesn't even vibrate anymore, I think it used to?
The reason I know the key works at all is that it does actually get me to the home screen if I just "click" it I have tried clearing the cache (in the recovery menu), no difference. I have turned on/off all possible settings, no difference. I even booted into safe mode, no difference.

My S5 did the lollipop upgrade just over a week ago and there have been nothing but issues since. I did a full factory reset and the phone worked fine for 3 days than I powered it down as I was at a bridge game and when I turned it back on it was worse than ever. Did another factory reset and now it won't load any apps at all. It will sometimes read my SD card and at other times it won't. Short of replacing the phone, what is going on with this update and how did it take a phone I loved and turn it into a useless hunk of electronic junk.
I have a Verizon galaxy S5. No problems, perfect phone. I upgraded to lollipop when it came out, and I love it! But, I reverted to KitKat for a day and a half a few days ago, and now a problem has arisen. I can receive SMS and MMS, can make calls, and can use mobile data. BUT! I can't send SMS or MMS messages (for ANY number). It just loads for a while and says sending failed. I flashed back to KitKat, and now it works fine!!! I tried again to update to Lollipop three different ways: Odin, over-the-air, and through Kies, and all three methods are causing this error. Why is this happening, and can I fix it? Every time I downgrade to KitKat it works just fine. I like lollipop and need texting for my daily life! I also got an error (one time) where I couldn't turn on my WiFi antenna. I have tried every possible method of data reset, initialization, battery/sim pull, and every kind of cache wipe possible.
I have a problem with my Z3+ Dual when it's in idle it's turns off and doesn't react on the power button. After that I can turn on my device only with using the high reset button or with pushing the power button + volume button both in the same time. It happens 3-4 times a day.
In this type of mobile phone, there is a possibility to use a dual sim?I Know that in the features of this phone this opportunity is not expected, but I would Know if with some suitable kit I can use dual Sim.
I successfully rooted my Nexus 5 without entirely knowing what I was doing. But I am finally ready for the Lollipop update that came over the air several days ago. I finally downloaded it, but when it got ready to install it the phone went into what I believe was recovery mode and said "teamwin," before opening up to a menu. From there, I didn't exactly know what to do to get Lollipop to install itself.
I did the 5.0 / lollipop upgrade and now everytime I turn the phone on it goes to google screen, then a bunch of colorful balls float around, then it says android for one second and shuts down. What can I do?
Why are the contacts on my Samsung Galaxy s5 different colors after the Lollipop upgrade? I can see no reason why they are different colors. I would like to know what each color represents and if you can change the colors.
I'm super confused regarding the new way sounds, vibration, muting, and notifications are handled in Lollipop.
For instance, I just found out that to get LED notifications, I have to have vibration or sound turned on. No LED notifications on mute/silent? Are they serious? There seems to be no way to get a notification now without having my phone vibrating or making noise on my desk at work, which means I'm either annoying my coworkers or not getting notifications. It seemed that if I want to disable vibration and still get LED alerts, I need to go into every app and disable it there, which is totally counterintuitive—I used to be able to control this by pressing the volume button on the side of the phone.
Not only that, but I currently have vibration turned on so that I can get LED alerts, and I unchecked vibration in Hangouts for both Hangouts messages and SMS messages, and it's still vibrating. Is there any way at all to get LED notifications without vibration?
Not sure how to go about fixing this, but ALL the apps I had "moved to SD Card" are now toast.
App manager lists the entries as filenames, the icons are semitransparent generic android icons, it tries but fails to load the apps and google play says its not installed.
The data is all on the SD card so i'd like them all back, it seems the OS (when it updated) simply forgot them when it optimized my apps for lollipop.
I HAVE to move apps to the SD card cuz these phones come with next to no built in storage. What a screwup.
I manually updated google play services and restarted the phone four times. I had to uninstall a chat app and it took fifteen minutes. After that fourth restart, all my apps appear to have been reinstated.
Listening to iHeart radio/podcasts has become very frustrating ever since lollipop upgrade because it is frequently pausing play on it's own. It happens to me both on cellular and strong Wi-Fi connections. When it happens, I can simply hit play button again to restart playing but it's getting real old real fast having the constant interruptions. I also opened a problem case with iHeart directly.
