View 6 RepliesI just installed a Blackberry update to my 9650 Bold and now I can't get my emails. I went to setup and it asked for passwords. I typed them in CORRECTLY and it doesn't recognize them. Frustrated I uninstalled the update and I still can't get the emails.

If I'm on my PC and I compose a message to the same email address I'm writing from, which is connected with my BIS, the email doesn't appear on my BB ever.In Gmail, I have forwarding disabled but POP enabled.
View 6 Replies View RelatedSoo I could only find out how to do this on older phones (the options must have changed), but I have 2 gmail accounts set up on my Bold and I want to be able to differentiate emails from them without scolling up after I open the message. A color coding system would be ideal, where messages from one email would be a different color or something.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI received notification to do a system update so i did to vs 6.0.0.3155, now i cang get emails, i have tried pulling the battery and restarting, i have tried going to set up and email and then it freezes and wont do anything. I have tried deleting email account from the phone completely and restarting the phone and tring to go through set up once again and the same thing it freezes up. also they touch pad is now not working properly as well as its working slowly

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just recently updated my blackberry curve 9330 and when I go to set up the emails it won't let me. I've been trying to set them up for about three days now. I put in my passwords and when I press the verify button it configures for a bit then a message comes up saying: "Sorry, unable to continue your sessions. Please log in again." I log in again and it still doesn't work!

i updated my Iphone and IPAD2 to IOS 5.1 and my Godaddy IMAP email is not recieving emails on my apple devices or syncing with the Godaddy server. I've spent hours with Apple and Godaddy tech support and they point the finger at each other. Anyone else having a problem after this update? We've tried resetting the network, deleting and adding the email accounts, etc. This same problem occurs on the IPAD3 when I tested setting up the email account in the store today. Something is wrong with IOS 5.1.Godaddy tech emailed me saying that they're hearing the same problems with Yahoo and other users now.

I have a Nokia C6. everything was good, emails via wifi, surfing. then i made a software update via ovi suit. lost my accounts, the email wizard wont work so i cant reset my mails, cant surf.any solutions to this problem.I dont have a nokia care center close by and need my phone 24/7

It was not long after I took the new UK update for my phone 4.4.20 I have not recieved any emails. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have installed the 2.3.4 update 3 days before and after that I have noticed that my E-mails are getting deleted automatically from INBOX. I have configured the default E-mail client with POP3 configuration. Everyday older mails are getting deleted from INBOX automatically. Strange thing is that older mails are getting deleted from INBOX only (not from TRASH or SEND box). With 2.3.3 I was not getting this issue. I was able to view 2-3 days older mails also in 2.3.3. But after installing 2.3.4, whenever I'm opening INBOX, Older mails are getting replaced with new mails automatically. I want my older emails to be in INBOX also.
View 9 Replies View RelatedGot the 4.1.22 update last night and it fixed my vibrate problem but I can't reply to emails anymore. When I open an email, click reply, the device opens a reply email (like it's supposed to), but then the screen flashes, and reverts back to the original email, and also puts a blank draft email in the draft folder. This is happening with my Activesynch account. My Gmail account works fine.

I tried rebooting the phone and deleting/recreating the email account but I still get the same message. View 10 Replies View RelatedSince the last automatic Droid Razr update a few weeks ago it is very complicated to mark all unread emails as read! It was easy to do before but after this update it seems not to work! If go to my main email account I can sort the email by date, unread, or other options. I select by unread. I then press the menu key and select "select all". Then some iconw appear in the bottom: a trash, a mail, and a flag. I select the mail one and it opens up and the word "mark read" appears but the messages don't clear as read. It used to work without issues before the update.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI keep getting OLD emails on my BB since this morning. I have hotmail and gmail two email accounts registered on the BB. The old emails I keep getting are from my hotmail account only. Some emails went as far back as 2007! I wonder if this has something to do with the BB server.
I also noticed that my BB stopped synchronising with my hotmail acc anymore since I'd upgraded to 9700 from 9000. For example, the emails in my hotmail acc used to get deleted when I choose delete "on mailbox and handheld" on my 9000, but this doesn't work on the 9700 anymore. I have to log on to my hotmail acc from my PC to delete read emails. what's wrong with my BB?
Have only had the phone a few months and all I do so far is talk, text and email. I have the software on my computer but have never used it. I'm sorry if this has been posted already but I don't have time to wade through the threads. I have to leave the computer right now but will be back in a couple of hours.

I receive a number of legitimate business emails through MS Outlook on my laptop, although some may incorrectly come through labelled "bulk" in Outlook (i.e. an email sent from someone I know just to me). These same emails do not come through on my BB. My BB does otherwise receive emails. how to correct so I receive all emails on my BB. I am not on a BES.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI had this problem with my previous BB and thought the software crashed. Upon upgrading to a Bold 790 I still have this problem. I spoke to Tech support, they say everything is ok on their side. I took my phone back, the tech at the MTN shop checked, corrected my centre number.
Still NOTHING. I can send smss and e-mails but cant receive any. People who sent me mails or messages says their phones shows it was delivered.
