Oct 4, 2011i have tried everything under the sun and the problem still exists.my problem: my bold 9780 is connecting to my wifi but won't use the connection when browsing the web.
i don't understand and it's quite annoying why it won't work as it did before. i've even spoken to orange and sky to try and solve this problem and still nothing.
whenever i browse the web on my blackberry via the browser through wif the pages never load. it's actually quicker to disconnect from wifi and use 3g then wifi. my blackberry was working fine before why has it stopped working. this has to be fixed as it's a pain!
i've tested other wifi spots and i have the same problem so i know it's not my router. i removed the security on my router but still no luck. i've done a master reset on my blackberry and still the wifi will not work. i've even had the handset replaced and still the wifi will not work!
the blackberry connects fine to the router and its shows as connected to the router but it just refuses to load pages when wifi is on. it gives me an error message:
"unable to find the requested server"when wifi is on and i try to browse the double headed arrow icon in the top right should be on when using the wifi, but it hardly appears at all when the pages attempt to load it should be on constantly when loading pages through wifi.
i can't even see Internet videos it keeps buffering the gives me the same error message as above.

The telephone has a problem, sometimes speaker doesn't work and I can't listen the call, if I switch to the hands-free speaker it works, but in normal use with speaker it doesn't work, After any days the phone works fine, with random frequency. I updated the software with the last 7.1 os version but the problem remains. I read in many forums that many users has the same problem, so it is not possible to buy a phone for 499 euro and to have this kind of problem! Jun 25, 2012My Bold 9790 ear speaker has recently stopped working. At first it was not working of just the odd phone call but since a couple of days ago it seems to happen with every single phone call. If I answer the phone or make a call there is absolute silence from the ear speaker although the person on the other end of the phone can hear me. Therefore, in order to hold a conversation on the phone I have to either activate loudspeaker or use the headset.

The connection seems OK, the phone gets IP address but it can only ping the router! Any other ping returns "destination unreachable" error. May 10, 2012I have wifi syncing issue. I used to connect with my two computers, one is my home PC (win7 64bit), the other is my office Macbook Pro (Lion). My iphone's itunes library is on my home PC, I have checked "Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi" on itunes options. In general, wifi syncing is working if iphone connected to my home PC only with USB.
At office, I used itunes on my macbook pro to listen iphone's music. So, I connected iphone to macbook pro with USB, then loaded my iPhone's music. (not push sync button). At home, I plugged my iphone into charger generally, then turning on itunes that couldn't find my iphone 3GS for wifi syncing. For resolving the issue, I need to sync with USB once, then it would work again, but it's so annoying.

Now though we have Cox for internet service. My phone is connected to the wifi, but more than half the time does it ever work. Jul 17, 2011I've got my S2 now for maybe 2 weeks now and only now I noticed that my Wifi hotspot function is not working. I tried that with 2 different SIM's (in different countries) with the same result. Tethering via USB works fine. I can switch on the wifi hotspot (open or secured) and I can even connect to it. On my Win7 machine I have a connection for a few moments, after that I lose connection and at the end I lose connection to the wifi hotspot.
On my blackberry I can connect the first time. That connection stays open for maybe a minute. After that it automatically disconnects and I cant connect anymore until i restart the hotspot. When I switch off the hotspot it takes a long time and it ends with error (the status under wifi hotspot). If I just enable hotspot and disable it again it is without errors. So this seems only to happen when a client actually connects... I tried already a factory reset and read somewhere to enable bluetooth before enabling the hotspot, but the problem stays the same ...
