BB Bold :: 9700 Won't Finish Loading The Internet Browser?
May 25, 2012My phone has never had this problem. I can still receive email and text, but when I try and access the internet via World Phone, the "loading" never completes.

BB Curve :: Browser Never Finish Loading Pages?
Oct 1, 2010I'm having aproblem with the BB browser, when I try to open a webpage it never finish loading the page I can see the "loading" bar moving but it never shows the pagef I reboot my Curve 8520, it starts working again but after a couole of pages, I have the same problem again.

Apr 2, 2010Using the standard browser on my Bold 9700, when I try and do a Google search, or when I look at most pages, the page doesn't load at all. When I refresh it a few times or change between column and regular view some of the page shows up sometimes, but not all of it. I've had my BlackBerry since about a month ago and the problem just started last night.
I've done the battery pull several times, and I've cleared the cache a lot. Problem still persists. Opera meanwhile can load any page.
I don't know of any other fixes, so, is there maybe a way I can reinstall the BlackBerry browser? I would really prefer to use it instead of Opera.
BB Bold :: Doesn't Finish Loading And Won't Turn
Feb 20, 2011This morning I tried opening up my SMS but it wouldn't open.. said something was wrong with the javascript or something. Everything else was opening up fine so I turned the phone off and took the battery out. Now it keeps loading up to about 3/4 of the way and it just freezes there! I've tried connecting it to the computer but I can't backup my files coz there's no way I can type the password in off the phone. I don't wanna have to reset the whole thing coz my files aren't backed up

Jul 4, 2010I have been using the bold 9700 for a few months now and love it. My brother decided to buy the same phone yesterday, in the new white color. He hasn't been able to download anything, such as app world. We also discovered that there is no internet browser besides web2go. When I tried to change his default browser to simply "internet browser", that was not an option; it was only web2go or hotspot browser. T-mobile is closed today b/c of holiday, so hopefully someone here can help me! Does anyone have any insight?

Oct 12, 2011Out of the blue today my browser just stopped working. My camera also doesnt work any longer. Tried trouble shooting the camera and was able to get it to work momentarily by putting my finger in front of the flash but that only allowed me to take black photos so i think the lense is shot. I can live without the camera.But i cannot live without the browser. i get the message unable to connect to the internet please try again laterI can still download apps fromblackberry app world, play music from my apps, use apps. get email, bb messenger works. texting etc. I can connect through wifi or the network.I have tried cleaning out the cache, doing diagnosis of the mobile network, battery pull. running out of ideas

Apr 12, 2012My 8520 browser has suddenly stopped loading Internet pages.
When ever I try and access the Internet or click a link, the Browser opens up says "requesting" and then "loading" - the Blue Bar starts to slowly load up at the bottom of the screen - and thats it, nothing else happensthe screen remains blank, the Blue bar loads up and ... nothing.
My Mobile plan allows me Internet 2G acess and I also have Wi-Fi - all of which has been working perfectly for 8 months until now.
Wi-Fi and 2G internet appears to work perfectly for my Twitter app and my Emails come thru fine too.

Apr 9, 2011I have a bb 9700 (v5.0.0.586) often when using the browser it stops working it just says loading (like when loading a normal page) but never loads any page. When I remove and put the battery back the browser works as normal.is there any way to sort out the problem without re booting the phone.(The phone has the original software, I never updated any software)

Jul 9, 2010I've only had my Blackberry Bold for about 2 months. The camera was being a little funny and won't zoom so I switched off my phone and took out the battery and replaced it to try and reboot the phone. Now it won't turn on!When the battery is in the Red LED light at the top right corner lights up then goes off when the Phone starts up showing the BLACKBERRY Logo on the screen with the Loading Bar underneath. The bar then shows that it is loading but almost immediately it crashes and switches off. It does this repeatedly though I've tried removing and replacing the battery several times.I'm sure it is not a problem with the battery as I had only charged it the previous night and even tried using another battery from my friends Blackberry just to double check but the phone continues to repeatedly turn on, crash, turn off.

Sep 25, 2011Since the big crash last week, although my email, messaging etc has been restored, my Internet browser is incredibly slow. It loads evcentually, but it is very time consuming and inefficient. Messaging is fine - general phone connectivity is ok as well. It isn't the network connection as I have been all over the place in the last few days and it has beenb the same wherever I am. It isn't my home internet as my PC and husband's phone (non BB) is browsing the Net without issue.I've cleared my history, cookies, cache, changed my browsing settings to untick images etc to try and speed things up but it is no better. Oddly the Facebook and Twitter Apps seem to be ok, but the actual browser facility seems to be defunct. I've done the soft reset, and even powered off and removed the battery over night.

So whenever I have a signal, I have internet. Is this new Bold the same way? My sister has it and we were in the car today and it said internet coverage was not found. ( I do not have data plan) But Browser would not open. and leaves a message "your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Serive Book entries". I've tried going to rogers and fido and all, but they all suggests me to go call them instead. Therefore, I did but I ended up calling different departments, but neither of them could get me to the right department. and I'm sick of being pushed around.
