I'm having aproblem with the BB browser, when I try to open a webpage it never finish loading the page I can see the "loading" bar moving but it never shows the pagef I reboot my Curve 8520, it starts working again but after a couole of pages, I have the same problem again.
View 5 RepliesI just got my Blackberry Curve two weeks ago and it the browser doesn't load pages. The bar at the bottom looks like it has reached 100% but it never shows the webpage. My friend downloaded Opera Mini and it works fine. My email also works fine. I wanted to download an app and it didn't work either because I think it was using the brower to open a webpage.
View 12 Replies View RelatedI'm having problems with the internet on my blackberry curve 8520. I'm still receiving emails and bbm is still working but my browser is not loading pages. The blue bar will load fully but the actual web page will never open - it's just stuck on the loading screen. I'm fairly sure I haven't changed any settings or anything but about a week ago it stopped opening the pages.

When ever I try and access the Internet or click a link, the Browser opens up says "requesting" and then "loading" - the Blue Bar starts to slowly load up at the bottom of the screen - and thats it, nothing else happensthe screen remains blank, the Blue bar loads up and ... nothing.
My Mobile plan allows me Internet 2G acess and I also have Wi-Fi - all of which has been working perfectly for 8 months until now.
Wi-Fi and 2G internet appears to work perfectly for my Twitter app and my Emails come thru fine too.
My phone has never had this problem. I can still receive email and text, but when I try and access the internet via World Phone, the "loading" never completes.

View 4 Replies View RelatedUsing the standard browser on my Bold 9700, when I try and do a Google search, or when I look at most pages, the page doesn't load at all. When I refresh it a few times or change between column and regular view some of the page shows up sometimes, but not all of it. I've had my BlackBerry since about a month ago and the problem just started last night.
I've done the battery pull several times, and I've cleared the cache a lot. Problem still persists. Opera meanwhile can load any page.
I don't know of any other fixes, so, is there maybe a way I can reinstall the BlackBerry browser? I would really prefer to use it instead of Opera.
When I open internet, go to page to browse something, starts loading, the blue bar at the bottom looks its loading (however exceptionally slow) and gets to the end, but never actually loads the page.The version of my OS is 5.

Every time I submit a URL, or click on a link pulled up by QuickSearch, I see the "Requesting" message at the bottom of the screen, but the webpage doesn't even begin loading, and after a minute or so, I get the message "Communication failure has occurred".I don't think this is a problem with my connection, because) I've had no problems calling or texting, and I'm able to use (and refresh) internet-dependent applications like Facebook, Yelp, etc) I get the "Communication failure" message regardless of whether I'm connected via Wifi or via the mobile network

Everything else was opening up fine so I turned the phone off and took the battery out. Now it keeps loading up to about 3/4 of the way and it just freezes there! I've tried connecting it to the computer but I can't backup my files coz there's no way I can type the password in off the phone. I don't wanna have to reset the whole thing coz my files aren't backed up

I have been waiting for 10 minutes and on the screen I just keep an empty screen with (after more than 2 minutes) a full blue bar still "loading".I emptied the internet history and cache.A month or so ago I could open sites without any problem. Can it be that my mobile became slower by anything? Can I maybe verify if it has been hacked? Can it have something to do that I configured my e-mail?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI've had this problem since Lolipop upgrade, my wife is now getting this problem after moving from Z1 compact (lolipop) to Z3 compact too, also seen this issue on XDA forums so it's a definite Z3 issue.
If I click a link in an app (Twitter, Google Search etc) then a Chrome tab opens but nothing loads in it, clicking the address and pressing return does nothing, copying the address and pasting in to a new tab or incognito window works OK. killing the app in the mutitask window doesn't work, restarting the phone allows it to work for a couple of days before it starts doing this again.
A solution is needed and rebooting the phone is not a solution, it's a temporary fix. I have a few Gb free on the phone, all other apps working fine. I'm on my 3rd Z3 in a few months, it's done it on all of them, resetting the phone to factory settings does nothing after a few days.
I have a Blackberry 8520, and every time I go and use the internet browser, it takes like 10 hours to load, and once it has loaded, the page is still blank! It's not a case of internet connection, because my apps work. So I don't know what to do, I've tried resetting, and it sometimes does the trick, but after a little it starts to not work anymore.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the HTC One M8 (developer's edition). It was an unlocked AT&T phone but I am using it on Net 10. The data via wireless is fine. If I switch to mobile data I can use any of the android apps (Facebook, mail, etc), I can even use google search and get a results page.....BUT if I click on one of the links that shows up after a search......the page NEVER loads. The progress bar starts but then just stops. No error message. This happens in all browsers on all pages. I've tried alternate apn settings. It seems to happen only in LTE. If I disable LTE then it works fine but why should I have to settle for a slower connection. HTC says its a carrier issue.

View 2 Replies View RelatedLoading web pages ..especially on Howard Forums and sending emails is exceptionally slower than on my 3GS. I can't compare yet because I'm waiting for my sim adapter. I was impatient with my 3GS on occasion..but not enough to complain about. With the iPhone 4 the data connection just spins without any movement. Signal strength doesn't matter. Typically I have five bars and still painfully slow-even just sitting on a table without antenna interference.Anyone else have the same experience? I'm wondering if I have a defective device?

I have had the curve for a few weeks now. At first i changed the settings of the browser to "hotspot" so i could use it with wifi. It was working really well, then all of a sudden it stopped durin browsing. The phone says the wifi connection is fine, but whenever i go to the broswer and try to go to a website it just says loading at the bottom and nothing happens.
Can anyone help with this? should i restart the phone setting somehow because i might have done changed some setting during browsing without realising or is this an actual issue with the phone?
I've been trying to use Ovi suite to connect my laptop to the internet using my Nokia E71. I have had limited success. Some pages always load fine such as wikipedia however others such as facebook just don't load at all. Has anyone else had similar experiences in some pages loading fine but others just not loading at all? I have tried multiple browsers and turned firewall off.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm a web developer wanting to debug web pages inside the Xoom web browser.I have a particular issue in which I have a page with a number of <select> lists, the first two lists allow me to choose values but the remaining lists do not - even though I know the lists contain values. I'm guessing that this could be a WebKit bug but am hoping there are some simple debug tools to assist me, similar to Google Chrome, but I have no idea where to find them. about:debug doesn't help much and view-source: doesn't work.
Have tried using Opera Mobile browser and the lists works without a problem and have tried Firefox but this was too buggy to test. Dolphin seems to exhibit the same issues as the default Xoom browser so I'm gessing it uses the same version of WebKit.Getting this working is a crucial part of my system and I do not want to recommend that the customer use iPads to get the most reliable web functionality. So, are there any debugging tools for web pages available on the Xoom?
I would like to know if you can delete recent pages in the browser options as I do not like to keep them visable.
