put my phone on charge overnight and woke up to it useless. i have it on charge and the red LED comes on for a bit ,the phone even starts it loading but cuts out after a few seconds> ive taken the battery out and put it back in and still no go. thought the charger was faulty so i plugeed into the lap top and there is still nothing

View 4 Replies View RelatedI was just using whatsapp before this and it was going very slow and then when i would click on whatsapp, there would be a message saying uncaught exception or something like that so then i pulled the battery out and it never started properly after that but would just load the bar about 2/3 of the way and then stop.i've tried charging it, it was fully charged before though and i've left it out the whole night and it still isn't working? its a Curve 8520 with OS v.5

Has been working perfectly for the last 2 months. Haven't changed anything.
Using the standard browser on my Bold 9700, when I try and do a Google search, or when I look at most pages, the page doesn't load at all. When I refresh it a few times or change between column and regular view some of the page shows up sometimes, but not all of it. I've had my BlackBerry since about a month ago and the problem just started last night.
I've done the battery pull several times, and I've cleared the cache a lot. Problem still persists. Opera meanwhile can load any page.
I don't know of any other fixes, so, is there maybe a way I can reinstall the BlackBerry browser? I would really prefer to use it instead of Opera.
I've only had my bold a couple of months and all has been working great. However I've woken up this morning to find it has rebooted itself and it was stuck on the loading screen about 3/4 loaded. I've done a battery pull twice and it still gets stuck at the same place. Help!
My phone keeps hanging up on the loading page when I turn it on. It reaches at 3/4 the line and then stops there. I have tried taking out the battery and restarting it but it does not work. I even tried to connect it to my computer but it does not read the device.

My wife has a 9700 for T-Mobile, and I'd like to put VZ Navigator on her phone. Can I use the backup/restore method for that purpose? Can I backup what's on my phone, then "restore" to hers?

The camera was being a little funny and won't zoom so I switched off my phone and took out the battery and replaced it to try and reboot the phone. Now it won't turn on!When the battery is in the Red LED light at the top right corner lights up then goes off when the Phone starts up showing the BLACKBERRY Logo on the screen with the Loading Bar underneath. The bar then shows that it is loading but almost immediately it crashes and switches off. It does this repeatedly though I've tried removing and replacing the battery several times.I'm sure it is not a problem with the battery as I had only charged it the previous night and even tried using another battery from my friends Blackberry just to double check but the phone continues to repeatedly turn on, crash, turn off.

I downloaded a few apps and all of a sudden it started showing the little loading clock on almost everything I ran, so I deleted a few apps and voala!. It was working good again. But now, I have not downloaded any new apps and is giving me that clock againg.
View 7 Replies View Relatedmy X10 died on me and I assumed it was the battery so recharged it and when I tried to switch it on I just get the SonyEricsson across the screen and nothing more. I cannot even turn it off again. I connected to PC and although the PC did not recognise it I managed to run a repair on it and got it working again and as far as I can tell it has the latest software. I then reconfigured it and loaded the few Apps I use (DME, Birthday Calendar, TV droid, Notes etc - not a huge App user). It all worked fine for about 2 weeks and then died again. I am about to take it to a service centre but thought I might ask if this could be a known software fault ? I dont want to run another repair on it before knowing really what the problem is (by taking it to service centre I am hoping they can get some idea of the problem before re-installing the software.

It gives one low battery warning beep and the battery level indicator goes to red before it shuts down. I bought a new battery, but I have the same problem. I have a friend with the same phone and he said he has the same problem. I'm not sure, but I think the problem started after I did the last firmware update. I am running 6.0 bundle 1879 (v6.0.0.448, platform 6.5.0.136).

View 9 Replies View RelatedI upgraded my Verizon BB Bold 9650 yesterday to OS6. I had it on charge during the upgrade process so it was fully charged around 10:30 pm last night. This morning it had shut itself off due to low battery. So I charged it again and made sure that WIFI and Bluetooth were switched off. I had it charged to ~50% at 9:30 am today and now, at 12:30, it's dead again.
I used to get at least 2.5 days on one charge with OS5. Now I seem to be getting about 6 hours total with OS6.
The battery life last about 8 hours and even when my phone is off I still lose battery life.
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy Bold 9650 died and would not respond to anything. Thinking the battery had drained I plugged it into the A/C charger, but nothing - no red light, no response. I then plugged it into the car charger and about 15 minutes later it started to re-boot.After an hour on the car charger it read full charge and I thought all was good. However, after 3 phone calls it went dead again. Thinking it was the battery, I replaced it with a new one - nothing. Took the old battery and plugged it into another 9650 and it booted up with 100% battery. I'm now thinking it's something in the phone, but don't understand why it works on the car charger and nothing else. I did find that if I charge it on the car charger, and then attached to either A/C or USB I can get it to last longer, but as soon as I unplug it I've got about an hour or one phone call before it's dead again.

I have had the phone replaced 3 times, and the sim card replaced 3 times. I have had the account cancelled and recreated and still no satisfaction. It is worse when the call first starts, then it gets better sometimes and then continues echoing, and if the caller has a clear signal then my own voice starts echoing. I don't know what else to do - one technician thought it could be my data is corrupt?? I don't think that is the case.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI got a new BB 9700 Bold yesterday and having problems with setting up the sync for the calendar and the contacts which are on my outlook. My hotmail email accounts are working okay. The outlook is on my PC and is the front face for my hotmail accounts.
When I go in to the BB Desktop device manager - version 5.0.1 (latest version) , I go in to the configure option on the left and it lets me click on calendar> then I select outlook and it then lets me select 'finish'. However at this stage an error box flashes up saying 'no available message stores'.
In addition when I check the wifi config on the calendar and contacts icons on the BB device it will not let me select yes on the wireless connection for them.
I have a BB Bold 2 (9700). The Media Card slot wont lock down the card and keeps springing it out. If i keep the card pressed down it works but wont lock down.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have Outlook 2007 on my desktop computer and use BT as a service provider and for my email, my Blackberry supplier is Vodafone and I use BIS.I have noticed that if my Blackberry receives an email first I don't get the same email delivered to my desktop. If my desktop gets an email first then the same email will be delivered to my Blackberry. I was happily deleting emails from my Blackberry thinking I would have them all on my desktop but I now find I have to check what emails I have on each before I delete anything. Is this an issue that anyone has come acrosss before and how do I resolve it apart from synching the Blackberry and desktop?I'm often away from the desktop which is why I bought the Blackberry in the first place.
