My phones a week old. When I started up I had Internet. Now when I try to access I "There is insufficent Network Coverage" etc. I also no longer receive my e-mails. Same thing any several locations with local towers?
View 4 RepliesAlmost everytime I go to use the browser, or an application that uses the browser (such as Poynte) I either get the error that it can't be used because the radio is off (which it is not), or that there is insufficient network coverage at this time and to try again later. Needless to say this is getting VERY old. I do had Quickpull scheduled to run everynight at 8pm. I took it in to Verizon and the woman there was extreamly unhelpful. The device itself is about 2 months old. I've searched the forums and found nothing like this.
View 4 Replies View Relatedi Am using an iPhone 6 plus. just bought it 10 days ago. I am unable to make or recieve calls. I either get static or dead air, the person on the other end cannot hear me or they only hear static. I have tried hard rebooting the phone which did not work. I tried restoring the phone to factory settings no luck. I have excellent network coverage and am connected to wifi.

I updated to 6.0 and cannot get e-mails, messages, nor connect to the internet. I unchecked my firewall.Also, when I try to re set up my e-mail account, even though I have more than 4 letters, it says I need 4 letters?

-regarding the branding/software - have Orange added loads of their own software i.e orange world icons etc? And do they cause phone to be compromised in any way compared to O2, Vodafone etc?
- how is Orange overall as a network for 3G coverage?
I want the 9700 to blink red only when I have something of attention.Please help, I do have IM+ installed on the 9700...I've turned off the LED network coverage, etc etc...and yet even when I dont have any emails, im's etc....the silly thing STILL blinks..I have Bebuzz loaded which is fine I think...But for the life of me I dont know why it's flashing...
View 11 Replies View RelatedI changed my Berry to white earlier today and now I'm noticing some problems with my network coverage. I didn't change the black part where the SIM and memory card etc. are held. I change the bezel, bottom cover, battery cover and keypad. I get 'SOS' often and it randomly says 'Searching for network', sometimes as soon as I try to send a text. I am on Orange UK and people have had problems in the past few days with them so I'm wondering if it was the housing that caused it?
View 12 Replies View RelatedOn my Blackberry bold 9000 since last night (approximately) I have not been receiving e-mails however I am still able to send e-mails.On the diagnostics check everything came back as yes apart from connected to e-mail, however this is the first time this has happened and I have confirmed that I have entered the correct log in details. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening as I would have thought that if I wasn't connected to my e-mail account that I would not have been able to send e-mails? Any help would be appreciated, I am a UK Vodafone user.

My device is set up as a single-user, non-enterprise unit, sync'ed toOutlook 2007 on my home desktop via USB cord.
I upgraded the OS as recommended by Blackberry Desktop Software, but gotan error - white screen crash and Error #507.I went onto the Blackberry site andfollowed the instructions, then restored my data from my BlackberryDesktop Software.Now the phone appears to work but the email account is gone.[SETUP] [EMAIL ACCOUNTS] won't even respond to a click - dead, nothing.The Verizonpeople did a Security Wipe, but no improvement - the device seems to be init's original state, but it won't get into email.Verizon basically gave up, said to call RIM. RIM doesn't help, they won't respond.I have been a loyal Blackberry customer for many years, since my 8800.
Why is it that any app you install, that has something to do with changing the status light's appearance, after the install, the light no longer works normally. Ie, green light for service, and red for messages. Anybody know how to fix this? Or work around it?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a Sprint Bold 9650 OS ver: 5.0.0.621.I cannot connect to a 3G network when I set it for GSM. The phone is currently set on 1XEV network and even so i get two to three bars maximum everywhere i go. In the two days since ive had the phone I haven't had full service anywhere. Im in the New York area and I understand that Sprint's 3G network is extensive so I dont understand why i wouldn't have coverage unless it may be an issue with the headset.

It's locked to Verizon, but the thing is; when attempts were made to unlock the phone, the wrong code was entered up to the maximum allowed 10 times. So far, one team advises that it can be unlocked, but they have to send for the files from RIM. One other team said they can unlock it, tried...& failed miserably.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded my wife's Verizon Tour to the Bold since she hated the trackball and wanted a trackpad instead. Several times while she's had the phone at work on her desk, plugged in and charging, it has shown SOS where the signal meter is and she lost all service. No phone calls, no email or messenger, etc. She went into manage connections and it showed T-Mobile as the wireless network one day, and AT&T another day, but this is a Verizon phone. How can that happen?

I charged it last night and was able to turn it on and everything was fine...I was able to receive calls and get onto the Facebook app with no problems. I continued to let it charge and went to sleep. I awoke to a Blackberry that was off while still plugged in. I turned it on and I never received a true network signal...I'm with Verizon and the only signal I constantly get was 1xand sometimes 3G but I could still not place or receieve calls...it was so sporadic that I eventually got a couple of calls thru to VZW and it was no prob on their end. Did *228...nothing...battery pull....same result...alt shift delete...same...tried to switch network...NEVER COULD CONNECT TO A NETWORK. IN FACT IT SAYS UNKNOWN OPERATOR UNDER MOBILE NETWORK SETTINGS...went to VZW store they were clueless...backed up data and did security wipe..One thing I noticed is the Blackberry icon that's usually there by network signal strength has disappeared and no matter what hasn't returned..I have the latest os .374.I also reloaded the os and it still says unknown operator under mobile networks.I did alt LGLG and found a few errors including an net.rim.tcp error and a class cast exception severe error.What is RIM's contact info cause I bought this thing brand new, unactivated and at full price and I'll have to pay Verzion $100 for them just to send me a refurb.

I did it through PC companion and the phone was working fine however I did notice that dual touch was not updated. So the next day I connected it and tried SE Update Service. The message stated that the latest software was already installed. I then disconnected the phone but now I have no network at all. I've even tried using different sim cards as well. So should I just go ahead and reinstall the update or is there some sort of software repair available with SEUS or PC companion? Also, can anyone tell me what the latest firmware, baseband version etc. should be if I have the latest update with the dual touch

View 6 Replies View Relatedi just bought this new Xperia Ray (android 2.3.3) in October. I'm using a 2G sim.the problem is that if the phone goes out of coverage, then it doesn't reselect the network. After some time if some1 calls, my phone indicates a switched off message whereas it is 'ON'. I don't know if it is a Phone issue or Android 2.3.3 issue or Network provider issue.

I'm using E72, i've problem of NO NETWORK COVERAGE as when i'm talking in phone with somebody, suddenly i can't hear the voice but still it shows as in connection there and later it shows as no network coverage and cut the connection. now it happns normally and i don't know whether its the coverage problem or phone problem

Instead I receive an error saying that I can only compose a draft. Now this only happens when I am replying to an already pushed email. I have already tried resending service books and resending HRT.
