View 1 Repliesi received a message from blackberry stating that i needed to validate my password for my email in the balckberry internet service. it has given me instructions on how to do that, however, it's not taking my user name nor my password. so, I tlogged on to blackberry internet services but no where can i find the "email accounts" page! I have got to have my emails thru the weekend..

View 4 Replies View RelatedI had this problem with my previous BB and thought the software crashed. Upon upgrading to a Bold 790 I still have this problem. I spoke to Tech support, they say everything is ok on their side. I took my phone back, the tech at the MTN shop checked, corrected my centre number.
Still NOTHING. I can send smss and e-mails but cant receive any. People who sent me mails or messages says their phones shows it was delivered.
All of a sudden I can not receive any of my emails going to either email accounts i have linked to my blackberry..Ive already rebooted my phone twice.

All emails I sent from my device to another email address arrive immediately, in fact, I receive emails sent from another address to my Gmail (my BB). However, emails I sent to my own address do not arrive in my BlackBerry Bold device. I oftenly send emails with shortcut links to myself, but this issue (or if it is an issue) is really niggling me.

View 1 Replies View Relatedits been a month now that i've changed my sim card, and iv stopped receiving emails on my device. when i go on the email setup app, it ask's me to enter my password for my email address that was on the device and when i do it says sorry unable to continue your session log in again. but when i try do that it still says the same thing. And for my sim card, i have the blackberry email plan so i should be able to receive emails.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the bold 9700 and about 3 days ago I stopped receiving emails on my device, however I was getting them on my inbox on my PC. Now, I am getting them but there's allot of lag time. My PC inbox gets them right away but it takes my blackberry 20 minutes after it's sent to get sometimes. I tried multiple e-mails and same thing so I know the problem is not the email server and I also have no problems with my BIS and when I send emails with my BB they're sent to the inbox immediately.
View 6 Replies View RelatedOn my home screen I have a general messages icon I use only for SMS and a gmail message icon that was created when I added my gmail account to my blackberry. I have inbox checked off for the general messages inbox because I don't want duplication of messages with my gmail message folder. Yesterday my new email suddenly stopped appearing in the gmail folder without any known system changes, app additions etc. If I check inbox for general messages they will show up there, but that is undesirable. If I search unopened email in the gmail folder I can find them, but that is undesirable. How do I get the items to show up in the gmail folder the way they have for months without resorting to one of the two workarounds above? Additionally I deleted the gmail account and re-added, but continue to have the same symptoms. I've also performed a hard reset before and after re-adding the account.
