Almost everytime I go to use the browser, or an application that uses the browser (such as Poynte) I either get the error that it can't be used because the radio is off (which it is not), or that there is insufficient network coverage at this time and to try again later. Needless to say this is getting VERY old. I do had Quickpull scheduled to run everynight at 8pm. I took it in to Verizon and the woman there was extreamly unhelpful. The device itself is about 2 months old. I've searched the forums and found nothing like this.

My phone is 3 days old and did not have issues until last night. The browser allows me to initally connect ot a webpage, but will not allow me to click on any links. The cursor switches appropriately when just navigating vs. hovering over a link, but the track pad will not regist any "clicks".Has anyone encountered this or know of the fix?
Anyone else experiencing network issues? Just tried launching Radio Companion and received a failed" notice. Clicked on Help and no sooner did Help launch the BB Browser and this message popped up "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later". I though the message might be Radio Companion specific, so I attempted to launch BB Browser directly. Immediately received the same message.
i just got my blackberry a few days back on a plan with vigin media with unlimited internet it was working fine until a few days back where whenever i clicked the browser it would say "there is insufficient network coverage to process your request. please try again." i do not understand why this is happening as it was working a few days back i have tried a few battery pulls but it has still not worked for me. I have even switched my phone on and off and turned all connections of and restored them. I really do not know what to do as i can know longer browse the web or recieve emails. In the top right corner it says "gprs" and even when i have full bars the connection does not work. I have called customer services and they have failed to help me so far any help appreciated..
My phones a week old. When I started up I had Internet. Now when I try to access I "There is insufficent Network Coverage" etc. I also no longer receive my e-mails. Same thing any several locations with local towers?
Early this morning is the last time my handhled has reconciled with the yahoo mail function. Unable to update feeds on Facebook and I can't access internet. The message I receive is "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request"
I was receiving the message "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request; Please try again later" only when I tried to open a New York Times site with my browser--other websites opened fine. I received this message repeatedly whether I was on a good 3G connection with Sprint or a very good wi-fi connection, so I knew it had NOTHING to do with "network coverage."
My wife just a 9650 through VZW. This morning it starting doing the constant reboot thing. I know how to fix it (since her old Curve would crash all the time), but anybody have ideas on what would cause this? She doesn't have many 3rd party apps (Quickpull, Buzzme, Google Maps), so I can't imagine it would be related to low memory. Is daily scheduled quickpull perhaps overkill on this phone? I'd like to do to avoid it crashing again, since I'm the official "phone fixer/OS reinstaller guy".
After upgrading by E7-00 with symbian Anna, my phone frequently runs out of memory. I used RAMinfo free, it shows 125MB free RAM. THis goes down to about 95MB with frequent usage (but all apps closed). However, with the free RAM still at around 95MB, I start getting "Insufficient Memory.close other applications" error.
The only apps running in the background are whatsapp (2.6.29) and socially. I have tried disabling socially for a day and the problem continues. DUring this time, if I scroll through homescreens, my widgets disappear randomly and new applications fail to launch.
I want the 9700 to blink red only when I have something of attention. Please help, I do have IM+ installed on the 9700...I've turned off the LED network coverage, etc etc...and yet even when I dont have any emails, im's etc....the silly thing STILL blinks..I have Bebuzz loaded which is fine I think...But for the life of me I dont know why it's flashing...
Im having trouble with my phone's browser. Ive had this for a month and so but i seems i couldnt find any answer on the internet. Ive seen some solutions but I've foud out that OS 6 is different from the older versions. So problem is.. Everytime I go on the internet using the default browser thru Data Services on my phone, all images on every page of the sites i open only shows a red x.Im on a BB Bold 9780, v220.127.116.116?
I changed my Berry to white earlier today and now I'm noticing some problems with my network coverage. I didn't change the black part where the SIM and memory card etc. are held. I change the bezel, bottom cover, battery cover and keypad. I get 'SOS' often and it randomly says 'Searching for network', sometimes as soon as I try to send a text. I am on Orange UK and people have had problems in the past few days with them so I'm wondering if it was the housing that caused it?
How to downgrade a iphone 4s from 5.1 to 5.0.1 on 5.0.1 i had a much better safari connection and my phone didn't just shut off randomly as soon as I updated to 5.1 my phone just restarts, I don't know why and I would like to go back to 5.0.1 My phone has never been jailbroken and I just want the errors to stop I have tried everything from backing it up and restoring to dfu mode restores and nothing fixes the problem.
So on my tour all I used was Opera Mini as my browser, but I can't seem to get Opera to work on my bold. It freezes up and the trackpad is wayyyy too sensitive. Hopefully Opera will fix this issue, but until then what is everyone using now? Bolt? BB browser?
Verizon, Bold, 9650. A few days ago web browsing just stopped. It slowly looks like it wants to load the page and shows the page name, but after a long time nothing ultimately happens. I can send/receive emails, texts, calls, use apps, calendar, everything but websites, in both BIS 3G mode and WiFi.I haven't loaded anything new lately.
My Blackberry Bold 9650 Browser won't work. I do have the blackberry data plan with AT&T and every time I attempt to open the browser, a message pops up "This is a Wi-Fi service. Please ensure your device has an active Wi-Fi connection and try again." When I try to change the browser option to internet explorer from Hot Spot browser there are not any other options that come up.
I have a question about the way the phone uses its internet services. I currently have the original Blackberry Tour 9630 with Verizon, and the browser works off of my signal. So whenever I have a signal, I have internet. Is this new Bold the same way? My sister has it and we were in the car today and it said internet coverage was not found. I was just curious if it was strictly JUST wifi or if it runs off the signal AND wifi. If somebody could help clear it up for me that would be great.
i currently puchased an unlocked blackberry 9650, and previously i had a 9700.when i put my Sim card it, i am unable to connect to the internet via Rogers wireless. whenever i go to the browser it always states that it is a Wi-Fi service. BUT when i connect via a wi-fi connection it works fine. So i don't understand the problem. I have a data plan and everything when i got my 9700, so i dont see why it wont work for 9650
This is my very first post so please excuse me if I have posted my question/problem in the wrong section. My wife and I have VERY recently bought new Blackberry Bold 9650 phones, they are our very first smartphones. My wife loves to read so I went to the Blackberry App World and downloaded the app FREEBOOKS on her phone, the app itself installed just fine but every time I try to download a book for her, and even sometimes just SEARCHING for a book, it will give me an error message that reads
The server returned the following error while attempting to fulfill your request: "CONNECTION TIMED OUT".
Can someone PLEASE possibly help with this problem OR direct me to the correct section that can assist me. I have been to my Verizon store and they were absolutely NO help after waiting for over an hour.

Does anybody know how to change the minimum font size for web content? my new phone version 6 does not have the general properties option under browser options like my old phone which allows you to change the minimum font size
I have a Sprint Bold 9650 OS ver: 18.104.22.1681.I cannot connect to a 3G network when I set it for GSM. The phone is currently set on 1XEV network and even so i get two to three bars maximum everywhere i go. In the two days since ive had the phone I haven't had full service anywhere. Im in the New York area and I understand that Sprint's 3G network is extensive so I dont understand why i wouldn't have coverage unless it may be an issue with the headset.
How to get a bold 9650 out of hard lock, to be able to use it on a GSM network again. It's locked to Verizon, but the thing is; when attempts were made to unlock the phone, the wrong code was entered up to the maximum allowed 10 times. So far, one team advises that it can be unlocked, but they have to send for the files from RIM. One other team said they can unlock it, tried...& failed miserably.
Got my first bb ever last night with the bold and I love it. But, I have a question: when browsing sites in the browser, when you hover a link aren't you supposed to be able to just push in the trackball button to 'click' the link? Its not working for me on any sites. I actually have to press the BB menu button and select "Open Link". (e.g on crackberry wallpapers, when i click on a specific genre of wallpapers like "ART", I have to select "open link" instead of just clicking the trackball). It might just be because I am not familiar with all the menu settings yet and this is a buried setting somewhere.
I just upgraded my wife's Verizon Tour to the Bold since she hated the trackball and wanted a trackpad instead. Several times while she's had the phone at work on her desk, plugged in and charging, it has shown SOS where the signal meter is and she lost all service. No phone calls, no email or messenger, etc. She went into manage connections and it showed T-Mobile as the wireless network one day, and AT&T another day, but this is a Verizon phone. How can that happen?
