BB Bold 9650 :: 9650 - How To Save SMS Text To Draft?
Jul 8, 2010I purchased the 9650 bold a few weeks ago. I do not do a lot of texting, but when I do, the texts are pretty long. On my old BB I hit the back arrow key and it saved to draft, (i would often have 4-5 texts in draft before I sent all out) If im not mistaken you cant do this on the new 9650?? Do I need to get an application to assist with this? ANy suggestions? Sorry if this is a rookie question but...Im a rookie when it comes to these phones.

May 31, 2012I've sent or received a lot of pictures in text messages that I have not actually saved on to my phone. I know syncing your phone and making a backup will save your actual text messages, but will it also save those pictures in the text messages, or will those be erased? I dont want to restore my phone and lose those pictures.

That user interface does work for photo images received in a text message but not for videos.

hidden folders, mark prior opened, using the Backup & Restore off of DM to erase the SMS messages
resending the service books.
It's not on the messages, but the SMS & MMS Message tab. And it's not just one, it says 22. And it's really annoying. Any ideas?

Jun 14, 2010After I get a text message or an email, the set ring tone sounds and the light indicator flashes. After I read the message and save or delete it the message light still flashes. Why is this and why won't the light stop flashing? The only way I can get it to stop flashing is take the battery out and put it back in. Verizon is my carrier and it is a Verizon 9650 phone.

My wife loves to read so I went to the Blackberry App World and downloaded the app FREEBOOKS on her phone, the app itself installed just fine but every time I try to download a book for her, and even sometimes just SEARCHING for a book, it will give me an error message that reads

BB Bold 9650 :: No Gmail Unread Message Count
Jul 21, 2010I'm experiencing a weird glitch that no one (including tech support at Verizon) seems to be able to figure out. I have a gmail account set up on my Bold 9650 and everything works properly EXCEPT that I cannot get it to show me the message count of unread messages (which usually should show up in parenthesis when I scroll over the account envelope icon). It seems that this is an issue with the Bold 9650 in particular because I have gotten the gmail unread message count to work on other blackberry devices, but not my (or another friend's) Bold 9650.

Sep 7, 2010I have an errant "unopened" mail icon, It was on my old BlackBerry (an 8830) and when I got my new BlackBerry 9650, all was good, until I completed my enterprise synchronization, and guess what came back? now heres the rub, it shows (and as it did before) That it is a "Optimum on Line" email, not the email that is pushed by my enterprise server. So neither tech support will own the problem.

Sep 11, 2010I have sprint as a carrier and my phone doesnt receive text at all from at&t phones at times but mostly from iphones. this is my third blackberry that has had this problem, i for some apparent reason just cant receive any text that are coming from iphones and it just puzzles me why. i can however receive their picture text messages but anything text related i cannot.
Ive tried calling technical support and they help me through some stuff but ultimately i still couldnt receive them. i went into the store and exchanged it several times but it doesnt seem like it matter the same problem keeps on coming up.
