HTC :: Eris Most Recent Text Message Not To Be Displayed On First Screen
Mar 20, 2010Is there a way for my most recent text message not to be displayed on the first screen you slide on upon wake up? What was the point of having a lock application if your personal text are displayed on the screen before it? Please dont tell me to turn off the notification in the text settings cause that happens to for some odd reason be linked to the audible txt notification as well so if you turn off "display notification" it kills the sound that you have a txt as well.I would happily download an app if it clears up this weird quirk. Just let me know what apps there are to do this.

I know syncing your phone and making a backup will save your actual text messages, but will it also save those pictures in the text messages, or will those be erased? User manual downloaded from Nokia (107 pages!) says an attachment to a text message can be saved by touching "..." and then 'save to phone' but "..." and no other options appear when tapping the video or the enclosing text message. That user interface does work for photo images received in a text message but not for videos.

Aug 22, 2010my ex-girlfriend sent me a video text on my nuron from the kids saying happy birthday to my mom. i can play the video just fine, but there is no audio attached to it. i called tech support and was bumped up to tier 2, but they were unable to help me. all they said is that maybe the nuron doesn't support it. it can take videos with audio, can play Internet and movies, but can't receive a simple video text with audio?
does anyone else have this problem? were you able to solve it?i did forward the text to my wife's friend and she forwarded it back to me as is and it started playing. so i have no idea what's going on with it.

Even though I have deleted the text message and I've tried everything to try and get it to go away. Today I have a Blackberry Messenger Message that won't delete as well. Jul 18, 2011His text message gets interrupted halfway through by an old message he sent before (be it a previous message from a few minutes ago or from weeks ago!) It only happens with texts from him, no-one else. I've tried deleting our conversation but it makes no difference.
