When trying to take a video, the camera starts but when you try and record it gives the msg.: Unexpected error, unable to save video.I have tried several reboots both soft and hard and continue to get this message.The video did work when I got the phone several months ago. can still take pictures and save... just not video...
I got my Nokia E75 for about 4 months now. Had no problems with both the camera's or the video camera. I've deleted some videos and now, all of a sudden, as soon as I want to use the camera it opens on video mode, the screen went blank and give the message; "Unexpected error occurred. Power off the device and restart". I did that a few times, but the problem persists. I also went so far to take the phone back to the original factory settings, but to no avail. The next step was to download the firmware from the internet. After that, the camera worked and could take pictures, but as soon as I switched over to video camera. It is the same problem all over again. Can you please help me to rectify this problem?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI purchased the 9650 bold a few weeks ago. I do not do a lot of texting, but when I do, the texts are pretty long. On my old BB I hit the back arrow key and it saved to draft, (i would often have 4-5 texts in draft before I sent all out) If im not mistaken you cant do this on the new 9650?? Do I need to get an application to assist with this? ANy suggestions? Sorry if this is a rookie question but...Im a rookie when it comes to these phones.

I have reset the hangout app but the error is still there.
Hangout is working fine with the WIFI, problem occurs only with mobile data.
"One or more modules could not be resolved." That's what BB Desktop Software keeps giving me when I try to load OS 5.0.0.810 onto my Sprint Bold 9650. I deleted the vendor.xml file beforehand, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I've tried moving the track pad up and down but that did not work for zooming in or out. I can zoom in and out just find with the camera for taking photos. I am having this problem with my camera on my c6-01 phone since some minor update before Anna. I dont know which update it was, but this is not important as I have updated to anna anyway (hoped to fix that by anna). But the problem persists.When I switch on the camera (by any method), it shows this error. I have tried to restart the phone, to reset the phone, to reinstall anna, nothing helped.Neither of the two cameras is working, in any application, nor in the video call, simply never.I have red somewhere, that there should be some (config) file in c: which if missing, is causing this problem, or if is corrupted, but I do not know what file it is.

Very often, the camera app would freeze and this message would appear "unexpected error, please restart phone". The lens remain open even when i close the cover. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my own URL which has mail boxes associated with it which my family and I use for our personal email. The URL/Mailboxes are hosted by GoDaddy. Beginning overnight night before last I stopped receiving email from my personal/primary email account on my BB, email is still downloading to Outlook on my PC. I have two other email accounts that I receive emails on setup on my BB, I tested both and they are both working. I have tried a number of things to no avail. They include:Battery Pull Send test email Check BIS site to see if email address needed re-validation. NOT! Resend Service Books Send test email Re-register on network via Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table <It was suggested that I would find a "Blackberry Key" in the Host Routing Table but didn't find it. I pressed the BB key and selected "Register Now". I got a message that my device had been registered on the network. Resend Servcie Books Send test email That was last night. This morning I had received one email overnight, interestingly it was the same email I recieved the night before. (It is a morning devotional the I get daily. Maybe someone is trying to tell me something?) I tried another test email, no go.
I then logged into BIS again, I re-entered my password for my account, then in looking at the "Advanced Options" I noticed again that the mail server is a RIM server. I tried to change it to my mail server, the one I use in Outlook, which is a POP3 protocol server. It would not take. I tried to change the server from IMAP to POP3, thinking that the reason for non acceptance was a difference in protocols, but could find no way to do that.The server reset back to the RIM server, and I saved with the re-entered password. I then resent the Service Books again and then sent a test email which again didn't work.I would appreciate any suggestions anyone might have, the end of the rope is in sight.Sorry for such a long email, didn't know how else to give enough info to show what had been done.
I was having problem with my camera. It won't work! an error message appear. "unexpected error occurred. Please restart camera/phone." Even if I do so, the problem is still happen.
