Feb 27, 2010First off, yes I have read everything available and I am able to successfully sync my phone, but I have to uncheck "sync music" and sync, then recheck "sync music" to put music back on my phone.
What is a permanent solution to this? I can't do that everytime because it takes hours to take off 30 gigs of music, sync and then put 30 gigs of music back on.
Anyone know? Is there a corrupted music file or something cause the problem?I know it's asking alot of, but I would be tickled pink if I could just sync my phone twice in a row without having to jump through hoops...

I dont know which update it was, but this is not important as I have updated to anna anyway (hoped to fix that by anna). Apr 23, 2010I got my Nokia E75 for about 4 months now. Had no problems with both the camera's or the video camera. I've deleted some videos and now, all of a sudden, as soon as I want to use the camera it opens on video mode, the screen went blank and give the message; "Unexpected error occurred. Power off the device and restart". I did that a few times, but the problem persists. I also went so far to take the phone back to the original factory settings, but to no avail. The next step was to download the firmware from the internet. After that, the camera worked and could take pictures, but as soon as I switched over to video camera. It is the same problem all over again. Can you please help me to rectify this problem?
