Removing a device from a previous owner’s account. I have done step by step from support apple web, but it does not work. Can I solve this problem with other way?

I have a second hand blackberry curve. The previous owner thought everything had been cleared but I started receiving his emails the other day. I took the phone into a phone shop and they cleared the phone again but I am still receiving his emails. When you go to email setup the only address/account showing is my email, so I can't just disassociate the phone from his account that way.

The phone has been given a new number w/ data plan, but in order to remove the old email account I need the old email password. The company no longer has contact with said employee, and so I am stuck with a phone that I am unable to use email on until I find a way to remove the old account. Is there any other way of doing this?

I just recently bought an iPhone 4. After I erased all content and restored to factory default, It asked about an iCloud activation which was linked to the account of the former owner. I asked the owner about this if she could unlink this device from her apple ID but she forgot her old apple ID and the password. Is there some way I could unlink this to the previous Apple ID?

However, when I registered it with vodafone New Zealand, they told me that this phone is still in contract with the previous service provider, so they can not start new service for me. The user who had owned it before me did not clear his information (including the email, Internet, and BBM settings). I do not know how to remove his information so that I can put mine in. I have tried to go to Email Settings and logging in, but it says my login isn't valid, so then I click on Create New and it tells me I cannot create a new account because there is already one on the device.

I encountered a problem when wanting to use/upgrade some apps that it asked for the password for her apple ID and password rather than mine, which i remidied by just deleting and reinastalling the various apps. iMessage was always turned on on the is phone, but it was acting up so I turned it off and when turning it back on again it asks for her Apple ID and password, not mine. I've tried going into "More Settings" but that's very limited and does not allow me to change owner or change email address or change the name of the owner account.
My girlfriend is using my old iPhone 3G that I have her. I activated it through my account on ITunes as well as put the majority of my apps on her phone. I have two children who have shared an Apple ID for the iPod Touches. The older is now getting an iPhone and is old enough to manage his own ID. My question is, if we set him up with a completely new Apple ID, will he be able to sync the phone with iTunes as a new device, even though iTunes currently syncs with his iPod? I guess what I'm asking is, can two different Apple ID's/devices sync with the same iTunes without messing up either device or getting the wrong information sync'd?

I am using a Verizon Tour(9630).I updated my device software to v5.0.0.591.Now,when I lock the keyboard, my owner information does not appear on the home screen. With the previous device software, the owner information would appear. Incidentally, the owner information will appear if I lock (with a password) the device; but I typically do not have the need nor wish to go through the bother of using a password.Is this simply a glitch? Is there a workaround? Or, must we wait for Blackberry to update the software or provide a fix/patch?

When I reset one of these, the other appears and while mail for the first is received, mail can not be sent.

Now I am really, really starting to worry because it seems that in the next few months the TOUR 2 could be released. I am wondering if I will be able to return my Tour and get my money back, and my full upgrade and just wait for the Tour 2 to be released. If I have only had the phone for a few days, you think I will be able to switch to the Tour 2 no problem? I have sprint.
