I keep finding that my emails disappear from the inbox on my iPhone. I've just replaced my iPhone 4 (which didn't have any problems with emails) with an iPhone 4s. I get an email and within 5 minutes the inbox empties. I can see it moving up like I've swiped the screen and then cannot find it anywhere.

I have a HTC 1, and my emails disappear from my inbox every morning. It does not matter if I have read the email or ignored it, in the morning all of my mail has gone not to be found anywhere. I have tried all of the possible email settings.

The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.

I have set up my Desire to receive my emails from my ISP (Sky.Com). Although the emails always go to my Desire Inbox, they don't stay there for very long: they simply seem to disappear from the Inbox by the end of the day at the very latest. I can't locate them after that, and I can't seem to find an appropriate command in the settings to prevent my emails from disappearing from the Inbox.

Whenever I receive an email on my BBerry and leave it in my inbox and then receive a new email the first email gets deleted (both on my BBerry and on my computer). How can I remedy this? View 4 Replies View RelatedI went on vacation where cell service and Wifi were both very spotty. Now that I'm back to good service area, my email won't download. Old folders bring up prior emails but inbox remains totally empty. I've tried several hard restarts & deleting and reinstalling Yahoo email account. Â
I'm still on the road and don't have access to my main computer to back up. I can pull up Yahoo mail in Safari and read emails from Yahoo's website fine. Â
When i checked my email today it said "could not connect to server" and when i tried to delete the account (hotmail) and set it up again, it recovered all my DELETED EMAILS and moved them to my inbox as unread. So now i have like 2,226 unread emails.

On my E72 i have my ntlworld.com (outlook express email account), my yahoo and googlemail account. The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?
i havent done anything different? i use this address currently to receive wedding RSVP's and they are disappearing? I cannot beleive i am the only one suffering this.
I have a question about my Blackberry Curve 9360.When I check my phone and I have at least one of both an email and a text message, the icons will appear in my top little bar, and of course the message icon and text icon will identify that there is a new text in the icon row below. However, if I go into my inbox before my texts, the new text icon up top will disappear (or go from 2 to 1 new if there are 2, etc), and the notification on my text icon on the bottom will disappear.

They usually disappear within about 45 minutes of receiving them. I've done a hard reset and I have about 160 MB of memory free but it still keeps happening. I use Outlook to check my email but this happens even if my computer is off so Outlook isn't running.

I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? It goes on for 2 or 3 hours a day then just stops. This has been going on for 6 months. There are no forwards, rules or filters on the account and the account is set-up as POP. I have my BB Curve 8520 activated for Enterprise Activation through the BB Desktop Software and have been getting my Business mails in my Inbox and was able to send outgoing messages too. This was working fine only for few hours yesterday and then the incoming emails just stopped. I have started using the BB only from the day before yesterday and think I have selected/deselected some option.

When I tried viewing new text messages, they were not in the inbox. I soon realized that my emails were showing up in my sms and mms inbox. I have two email accounts. A gmail account (personal) and an exchange account (work). I really dislike the stock email app so I switched to TypeMail. I really like the layout and the unified inbox; however, more often than not read emails on my computer, and doing so doesn't clear notifications on my phone. This is something I never had a problem with on my iPhone. Reading emails on my computer generally doesn't make them appear as read IN the TypeMail inbox on on the TypeMail widget either. I have to refresh. This is true for both email accounts.
