BB Software :: Sent Emails Appearing In The Inbox?
Dec 13, 2011
When I send an email out from my blackberry, I get a exact copy of it in my inbox. Blackberry see's the problem but does not know why it happenes. It goes on for 2 or 3 hours a day then just stops. This has been going on for 6 months. There are no forwards, rules or filters on the account and the account is set-up as POP. My carrier is Verizon, while my client has the exact same problem with his email account but uses ATT.
So I set up my gmail account via the BIS or whatever plug-in, and all seems to be working ok. The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.
I have a set up my gmail account on the Blackberry Curve 9300 via BIS - and only new emails (since I added the account) shows up and I can't get the old emails to show for some reason.
Now when I get emails on this phone, they come in through my notification screen and I can read them there but it doesn't show up within my actual email account icon on the phone. Nothing since the registering the email on the phone successfully email shows up on the actual phone.
My BlackBerry Bold 9650 all of a sudden stopped showing emails in Messages. All it will show is Text Messages. How do I get it to show emails again? This happened last Thursday. Yesterday it stopped even receiving emails at all. It still receives text messages, but that's it.
First time for me and not sure if anyone could possibly help, or even if I posted this in the right place? This question concerns my daughter's bb Torch - over the last week or so she has been receiving, in her words 'randomly', huge numbers of old emails back into her hotmail account on both her laptop and bb.Trying to figure out whether it's a device problem, or maybe a hacker or something....The re-sent mails were all originally generated in her hotmail inbox, some from over a year ago, and are just simply reappearing all the time as new mail?
I have a HTC 1, and my emails disappear from my inbox every morning. It does not matter if I have read the email or ignored it, in the morning all of my mail has gone not to be found anywhere. I have tried all of the possible email settings.
I have my gmail account mapped with my new BB 9700. When I send an email from my BB using the gmail account, it doesnt appear as an sent item. Which setting am I missing? Bcoz when I had 8900 (till few days back), sent emails (from BB) used to appear on the BB.
Recently I have been getting old deleted emails pushed to my handset. I always the same emails all the time. It is always all the emails from the 7th August 2011. I always delete from handheld and computer, but don't know why it keeps appearing. It happens atleast 3 times a day. Gets a little annoying.
I am receiving mails, the red action comes on the mailbox, but when I open my mailbox I don't see my mails. I just changed my battery today. Is this because I changed my battery.
When I originate an email from any of my email accounts from my Blackberry my signature shows up just fine, automatically. However, when I reply to a message that was sent to my Blackberry, often times my signature doesn't show up.
Just got myself a Torch 9800 yesterday, set up gmail for email/contacts/calendar.To my surprise that all my existing emails (about 26 of them) still residing in my gmail inbox (online) does not appear on my Torch. It only syncing new emails. is there a way to force it to also sync all my previous emails that still resides on gmail onto my Torch?
I've had a BB for just about ever now - but I've never seen this before. I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? I've done resets, test emails and everything, nothing has seemed to work.I have a VZW BB Curve 3G 9330.I'm on BB OS 6.It's the third email account on my phone.I have done a soft reset a couple times already.
How to stop emails that I send from my Galaxy S5 phone from being sent to my own inbox via CC/BCC? I see there is a setting, but it doesn't appear that I can stop the emails.
I keep finding that my emails disappear from the inbox on my iPhone. I've just replaced my iPhone 4 (which didn't have any problems with emails) with an iPhone 4s. I get an email and within 5 minutes the inbox empties. I can see it moving up like I've swiped the screen and then cannot find it anywhere.
I have my BB Curve 8520 activated for Enterprise Activation through the BB Desktop Software and have been getting my Business mails in my Inbox and was able to send outgoing messages too. This was working fine only for few hours yesterday and then the incoming emails just stopped. I have started using the BB only from the day before yesterday and think I have selected/deselected some option.
I have a storm2. Yesterday I started having problems viewing text messages. I have my email account and my sms/mms messages in two different buttons on the menu. When I tried viewing new text messages, they were not in the inbox. I soon realized that my emails were showing up in my sms and mms inbox. I had to go into Options and Inbox Settings and choose for sms and mms to be included in the "main message list". How to I get these messages to go back to separate places?
I am using the Xperia Mini Pro and don't know how to delete all emails in my email client inbox at once. Is there any option to select all emails rather than having to select them one by one and then deleting everything at the same time?
After a long wait, my company renegotiated our cell phone plan, and I've upgraded from an iPhone 4 to an HTC One M9. So far I'm really enjoying it, save for a few minor details.
I have two email accounts. A gmail account (personal) and an exchange account (work). I really dislike the stock email app so I switched to TypeMail. I really like the layout and the unified inbox; however, more often than not read emails on my computer, and doing so doesn't clear notifications on my phone. This is something I never had a problem with on my iPhone. Reading emails on my computer generally doesn't make them appear as read IN the TypeMail inbox on on the TypeMail widget either. I have to refresh. This is true for both email accounts.
My phone would always show all incoming emails, but now it shows both incoming and outgoing emails, including sent emails from my PC. What do I need to do to only have incoming emails show up in my phone's inbox?
I have an iPhone 4s and I sync my email from an exchange server. I have mail that is delivered to sub-folders in my inbox but these emails do not appear on my phone but I can browse to the folders and see the emails. Is there for these emails to appear in inbox on the phone.
A Torch user came to me today mentioning that his incoming email is no longer displayed on his device but all of the emails he sends is displayed. I had a look at the email options and didn't find anything to hide incoming emails.
