I have a HTC 1, and my emails disappear from my inbox every morning. It does not matter if I have read the email or ignored it, in the morning all of my mail has gone not to be found anywhere. I have tried all of the possible email settings.
View 1 RepliesI keep finding that my emails disappear from the inbox on my iPhone. I've just replaced my iPhone 4 (which didn't have any problems with emails) with an iPhone 4s. I get an email and within 5 minutes the inbox empties. I can see it moving up like I've swiped the screen and then cannot find it anywhere.

The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.

Although the emails always go to my Desire Inbox, they don't stay there for very long: they simply seem to disappear from the Inbox by the end of the day at the very latest. I can't locate them after that, and I can't seem to find an appropriate command in the settings to prevent my emails from disappearing from the Inbox.

The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?

I have a question about my Blackberry Curve 9360.When I check my phone and I have at least one of both an email and a text message, the icons will appear in my top little bar, and of course the message icon and text icon will identify that there is a new text in the icon row below. However, if I go into my inbox before my texts, the new text icon up top will disappear (or go from 2 to 1 new if there are 2, etc), and the notification on my text icon on the bottom will disappear.

They usually disappear within about 45 minutes of receiving them. I've done a hard reset and I have about 160 MB of memory free but it still keeps happening. I use Outlook to check my email but this happens even if my computer is off so Outlook isn't running.

I've had a BB for just about ever now - but I've never seen this before. I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? I've done resets, test emails and everything, nothing has seemed to work.I have a VZW BB Curve 3G 9330.I'm on BB OS 6.It's the third email account on my phone.I have done a soft reset a couple times already.

When I send an email out from my blackberry, I get a exact copy of it in my inbox. Blackberry see's the problem but does not know why it happenes. It goes on for 2 or 3 hours a day then just stops. This has been going on for 6 months. There are no forwards, rules or filters on the account and the account is set-up as POP. My carrier is Verizon, while my client has the exact same problem with his email account but uses ATT.

This was working fine only for few hours yesterday and then the incoming emails just stopped. I have two email accounts. A gmail account (personal) and an exchange account (work). I really dislike the stock email app so I switched to TypeMail. I really like the layout and the unified inbox; however, more often than not read emails on my computer, and doing so doesn't clear notifications on my phone. This is something I never had a problem with on my iPhone. Reading emails on my computer generally doesn't make them appear as read IN the TypeMail inbox on on the TypeMail widget either. I have to refresh. This is true for both email accounts.

A Torch user came to me today mentioning that his incoming email is no longer displayed on his device but all of the emails he sends is displayed. I had a look at the email options and didn't find anything to hide incoming emails.
