I have set up my Desire to receive my emails from my ISP (Sky.Com). Although the emails always go to my Desire Inbox, they don't stay there for very long: they simply seem to disappear from the Inbox by the end of the day at the very latest. I can't locate them after that, and I can't seem to find an appropriate command in the settings to prevent my emails from disappearing from the Inbox.
View 3 RepliesI have organised all my games into one folder on one of my screens and have come across a strange problem.
If I choose the restart option, all of the games that are stored on my sd card lose their icons in the games folder. They all appear with the android market icon.
If I remove them and re-personalize the folder the icons are restored.
Every time I create a new playlist in the HTC Sense music player it disappears when I come back to it later.

The yahoo and googlemail work fine and the inbox,sent etc emails are as they should be and stay on the phone and on my PC at home when i log in but on my outlook account when i read the emails on my phone they disappear from the inbox (and phone) and are not there when i check on outlook express at home? when i first got the E72 it worked fine and emails i looked at on my phone remained on the phone and were at home on outlook express still?

I have a question about my Blackberry Curve 9360.When I check my phone and I have at least one of both an email and a text message, the icons will appear in my top little bar, and of course the message icon and text icon will identify that there is a new text in the icon row below. However, if I go into my inbox before my texts, the new text icon up top will disappear (or go from 2 to 1 new if there are 2, etc), and the notification on my text icon on the bottom will disappear.

They usually disappear within about 45 minutes of receiving them. I've done a hard reset and I have about 160 MB of memory free but it still keeps happening. I use Outlook to check my email but this happens even if my computer is off so Outlook isn't running.

I've checked all the virginmedia imap/smpt settings and all is fine, my virgin webmail is also fine. Looking at the virgin forums, there are a lot of people with HTC desires saying similar, but no one with blackberries / iphones / Galaxy etc reporting, so I thought it might have something to do with HTC?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI can receive emails on my unlocked HTC Desire S and can on my original unlocked HTC Desire but cannot reply or send fresh email on either. The settings are OK as they worked previously, in fact only minutes earlier on the Desire S.When satisfied it all worked OK I took the Vodafone SIM out of the Desire S and put it in the Desire to see if the email issue still existed. It did. I put the SIM back in the Desire S and the problem has replicated itself. Now all I can do is receiveI am reluctant to put the SIM in my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S2 in case the problem occurs again.

The settings is IMAP with no extra security.I know that all settings are correct because I have traced the IMAP conversation with WireShark on my server. I'm not an IMAP expert, but it looks ok and I can see email headers being transferred. But still the phone doesn't show any emails.

This happen vice versa - when I open the emails on my notebook, it would not show on my HTC. How can I reverse this? I can't see them in Gallery any more. Luckily due to the backup software Astro, i have got my Pictures back but I can't locate my videos anywhere. Got a new 4s a couple of weeks ago. After a couple of days all my purchased music dissappeared. Had to re-set and install everything from scratch. Last week all my pictures dissappeared. loaded them back up. Yesterday contacts started dissappearing. Today my email accounts have all gone apart from icloud and I can't get them set up again. Have I just got a lemon or has my pc picked up a cold?

My SMS keep on deleting itself without my confirmation. I've tried everything to save them, but they still keep deleting automatically.!!
I've changed all options so that the messages stay on my phone forever, I've tried deleting as many apps as I can from App World and I've archived the ones I don't use, but it still does not do me any favours!The application memory still shows that theres around 20mb left, and I find that it is ridiculous that you can only save the apps on a device memory. I also have updated my validity period.
Is there any way of being able to save the messages on a memory card?

I have an E75. Is there anyone out there who could tell me what's happening? I've set the memory the phone will use to save messages to the memory card. Each time the phone discharges and I am not able to plug it in before it does, all my messages disappear. Now I really don't know what's wrong.Anyone out there with an answer? View 8 Replies View RelatedJust got a new iphone 4s. I haven't had a chance to upload my entire address book, but some of the contacts I have entered have disappeared. This is the second time this has happened and I haven't even had the phone a week yet. The first time, I thought that I just didn't save the info correctly... but only some of the contacts are missing, not all of them. I'd like to know what the issue is before I enter all of my contacts. Again, I haven't even plugged the phone into the computer yet, so it cant be a syncing issue.
