Jan 25, 2012Upgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?

Apr 20, 2012I want to delete podcasts from my iphone after I am done listening to them, which works like a charm. The problem is that every time I sync, it download them again! For some reason the Iphone and ITunes refuese to talk to one another to ackowledge that I have deleted a particular podcast and Itunes dumps it right back onto my phone.
Is there a nice simple (Apple should be good at that...) way to delete them once and for all? I looked for a "When I delete songs I really mean delete" checkbox but there is none.
Why would they allow you to delete something if it will just come back and clog up your memory on the next sync?

The problem is that the emails go straight to my general "Messages" inbox, but nothing shows up in my Gmail account inbox when i click on that specific icon. I do have SMS/MMS broken out into a separate inbox, but i'd like to use the gmail inbox where it threads messages with the same topic instead of the general messages inbox.tried resending service books.

May 21, 2015I'm using my S6 edge with a hosted Exchange account and the default Samsung e-mail app. I have a number of e-mails (currently, 14) in my in-box that will not be deleted on my phone. If I delete them on the phone, they reappear there later! The same messages do not appear anywhere else when I access my Exchange account (Outlook, iPad, etc.) So, it is definitely something specific to the phone's e-mail app. (I've used three previous Samsung phones without this issue.)

Jun 23, 2014Same thing happened from time to time on my S2. Every time I delete emails, they come back like 4-5 times. I have to delete them multiple times a day before they stay deleted. It doesn't matter if I delete them from my actual Gmail account on my PC, they still keep coming back. It also happens if I go from a WiFi area, to a non-WiFi area. It is SO ANNOYING. And, to make matters worse, I have 3 email accounts linked to my phone, which are all needed for work, so this just confuses me so many times during the day. I cannot work like this for one more second.

I just added a new email acct to my phone and whenever I send messages (with just that account) I get a copy in my inbox as an unread message. The email goes through to the recipient and everything, but whenever I send from this account, I get a copy. Any idea why this could be happening? I've done resets, test emails and everything, nothing has seemed to work.I have a VZW BB Curve 3G 9330.I'm on BB OS 6.It's the third email account on my phone.I have done a soft reset a couple times already.

Dec 13, 2011When I send an email out from my blackberry, I get a exact copy of it in my inbox. Blackberry see's the problem but does not know why it happenes. It goes on for 2 or 3 hours a day then just stops. This has been going on for 6 months. There are no forwards, rules or filters on the account and the account is set-up as POP. My carrier is Verizon, while my client has the exact same problem with his email account but uses ATT.
