Now when I get emails on this phone, they come in through my notification screen and I can read them there but it doesn't show up within my actual email account icon on the phone. Nothing since the registering the email on the phone successfully email shows up on the actual phone.
View 5 RepliesMy BlackBerry Bold 9650 all of a sudden stopped showing emails in Messages. All it will show is Text Messages. How do I get it to show emails again? This happened last Thursday. Yesterday it stopped even receiving emails at all. It still receives text messages, but that's it.

I always delete from handheld and computer, but don't know why it keeps appearing. It happens atleast 3 times a day. Gets a little annoying.

1) I have a strange icon that I can't find a description of appearing next to 2 messages. It looked like a little phone symbol. It appears next to 2 of my conversations, in my SMS/MMS inbox and on he Blackberry Messenger inbox (as the conversations are via the PIN service). I have other conversations in my Blackberry Messenger inbox that appear with a little bubble with the blackberry logo inside, and messages in my SMS/MMS inbox that appear with the normal white speech bubble at the side. However, no matter what I do, these 2 conversations remain with the little Phone symbol next to them.....

The icon O_O keeps appearing on my phone next to the battery status icon. I have no messages, no emails, nothing. It will not go away. What is it and how can I get it to go away. There is nothing in the users manual and nothing on line about this.

Right so I know a *bit* about Blackberry's (have a storm...) so I seem to be the go to for a lot of the bosses. As with most work phones, every other application has been deleted off it, eg bluetooth, instant messaging etc. The problem is that the Blackberry Messenger Message button (blue double B) is still appearing on his home screen, even though Instant Chat has been deleted.
I have a set up my gmail account on the Blackberry Curve 9300 via BIS - and only new emails (since I added the account) shows up and I can't get the old emails to show for some reason.
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen I send an email out from my blackberry, I get a exact copy of it in my inbox. Blackberry see's the problem but does not know why it happenes. It goes on for 2 or 3 hours a day then just stops. This has been going on for 6 months. There are no forwards, rules or filters on the account and the account is set-up as POP. My carrier is Verizon, while my client has the exact same problem with his email account but uses ATT.

I then found out that after I do a battery pull, it fixes the problem for a while, but then it goes back to not showing the little red notification again. I was wondering if their was a way to fix this? or if its just a permanent bug.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have 2 Blackberry Curve 8900's both on the Vodafone network and have installed Blackberry App World on both of them. I have checked the application lists on both of the phones and Blackberry App World is appearing in both of the lists but there is no icon any where for me to click on to open Blackberry App World. Both of these Blackberrys have software version 4.6.1.168 which according to when i click check for updates on desktop manager it is the latest version.
I have read other threads on here and done anything that i have found so far but none of them have worked, i.e: uninstalled and re-installed the app world from different places but still does not appear numerous battery pulls but still don't appear i have tried installing blackberry app world from [URL] on both blackberrys but still it does not appear i have tried connecting my blackberry to my PC and downloading and installing the blackberry app world from my PC's web browser from the above same URL but using the option 'From Your Desktop Computer' but still it does not appear.
Hopefully someone knows the answer to this but my N73, which us up to date firmware, has today begun flashing an icon on the desktop which I don't recognise.
Apologies for the appalling mock-up but it seemed a good way of trying to describe it. It's a grey square with a phone receiver flashing green and yellow in the middle. There also appears to be a letter D to the bottom right hand corner.URL... and URL...It's very odd, flashes for a few seconds and then disappears.

View 8 Replies View RelatedSo i bought the samsung s6 edge today, and i was very exciting unpacking and setting things up until i start to get these random sound message icon popping up allong with a little "bleep" sound. The phone does does about every 1 to 5 mins, both locked and unlocked. I cant seem to find where this is coming from, as i havent installed any apps yet (just synchronised my s6 with my old s3 via smart switch, where i synchronised my contacts, s planner and notes). I also saw a message pop up: "cannot download right now, try again later" (this is translated from dutch so i'm not sure if its the exact massage when given in english) (this pop up may be irrelevant but i'm trying to give as much info as i can )

Not able to send any e mails either. Thought too many stored mails may be the problem but device won't now allow me to delete. Battery also running low after just a few hours,even after fully charging.
