Oct 12, 2014My new xperia z3 unable to mount my working 64GB mico SD card. the phone detected that the file format is different and prompt to format. But after formatting, it is still unable to mount the card. I tried this 64Gb card on PC and it is working. I tried mounting a 32Gb card on the Z3 and working too.

Nov 10, 20102 days ago my phone randomly looses signal, (I'm in the middle of London in location at which I would normally get at least 4 bars 'H' signal), I wait for 10 minutes still nothing so I try and turn it off, the phone freezes/gets stuck with the 'phone shutting down' message on display.At this point I decide to just take the battery out and put it back in, after doing so the phone will not turn on what so ever. When I get home that evening I try to charge it, nothing, no lights and still won't turn on.
Taking the battery out again, followed by the sim card and memory card I notice that the memory card has a crack in it, all the way across and just under the gold contacts. I think nothing of it as surely this couldn't have happened while it was in the phone and must have been there the whole time, so put everything back in and try again. Nothing. Jun 20, 2015Been having my Z3 for 3 months now running Android lollipop, I installed a new 128GB micro Sd few a month ago and it was working properly until a week ago, I restarted my phone and all applications on SD went missing, I couldn't access any application of them all am getting is an icon of blue print with a red SD circle ND if I try to access it an error pops up "application not found".
I plugged the phone to my laptop still I couldn't access the Sd card, so I took it off the phone and tried accessing it through an SD adapter and it worked fine, I can find everything properly saved in the card.
Tried formatting it and installing it again in my Z3, MY PHONE recognized it Instantly, but after restarting the phone all applications went missing again.

Aug 8, 2014Yesterday, I went running with my Lumia 1020 listening to music and using the Runtastic app. The music stopped - I looked at the phone - it was turned off. I tried powering on, but to no avail. I should also mention that upon leaving, the battery was fully charged and this happened after some 20 minutes. When I came home, I immediately put the phone on the wall charger and expected it to power on after a while. I checked it after 3 hours and nothing, the phone was still stone-dead and what was even more worrying, completely cold - no heat-up from charging.
I tried connecting it to my PC - the computer didn't even recognize ANY device was connected to it. Just to be sure, I tried Nokia Software Recovery Tool, but sure enough, it was not able to detect the phone. The phone seems to be dead meat now, but when I put it on my desk wireless charging stand, the stand's indicator lights up, although the phone does nothing and stays that way.

Aug 17, 2010I tried almost everything there is to try from clean uninstall including deleting files in the registry folders etc etc of all DMs reboot and reinstall. still my DM 6 will not detect my phone but my windows has no problem seeing my phone.I had to uninstall everything and go back to DM5 that worked flawlessly. Fact that it works on DM5 allows me to rule out any hardware malfunction.
Lastly i noticed that there are users out there with this problem also have difficulty closing the DM6. whenever we try to close it, it will just hang there and we have to manually close it using task manger. I hope that the details given will be able to help technical support troubleshoot some sort of solutions.
I am perfectly fine with using DM5 but my future plan is to change my phone to the BB Torch. And with this current problem i wont be able to get my torch to work on DM6 on my computer. I hope that we can get some sort of solution. I am running windows XP sp3

So i connected it and ran the update, it said after updating i could restore my contacts and messages. ( Earlier that day we updated our macbook to the osx lion and moved our moble me account to the icloud)
I was not given the option to "restore contacts, messages, information" ( As is customary when updating my iphone)
Note: After the update was complete, ( updated to 4.2.1) IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 5.1. (BUT that may be because I have an old 3G iphone??)
Then all it offered me was syncing options, so I "sync"ed "it". Now, all my iphone messages, contacts, phone history, purchased apps...... are "GONE'

May 25, 2012I bought my Sony Experia Neo V a couple of weeks back. I upgraded to ICS immediately after I bought it. I even installed the new ICS update that I received as a prompt on my phone today morning. I use a Samsung bluetooth headset to take conference calls when I drive. My phone is not able to detect the bluetooth headset. Not sure of the reason for the same. But I am able to pair my phone with my laptop. It even paired with a Samsung Galaxy Fit phone. Both occasions, it took a very long time to detect the devices though. In the case of the bluetooth headset, the phone does not detect the device inspite of keeping it close to each other for more than 5-10 mins.
