I just purchased a Xperia Z3+ dual and the first time I turned it on with both sim cards it was working fine. Then for some reason the second sim stopped working on the 2G gsm network. I factory restored the phone and it worked again.The thing is that yesterday as soon as I activated the Find my xperia service the 2nd sim stopped working again.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI rinsed my phone under the tap today because someone got chocolate icing on the screen. I didn't submerse it in water and i haven't dropped it. I simply ran it under the tap for no more than 5 seconds then dried it on my shirt and now the touchscreen doesnt work.
I made sure the flaps were closed and i've checked the indicators, on both sides they are yellow/white and not pink.
I'm trying a repair through the computer as restarting the phone has done nothing.
After switching off my Xperia Z3 from charging.. My keyboard started giving message..Unfortunately XPERIA keyboard has stopped working. Only thing i cud do was click Ok and it repeatedly showed up untill i restarted.

So, when I took it to the vendor, the person restored my phone to factory settings. But after this resetting process, all of my Sony Ericsson in built themes like GreenHeart got erased from the mobile except for Flow theme. I am aware that restoring to factory settings restores the phones to it's defaulted features and settings. But how come do the inbuilt themes get erased as well?

The only thing that I see is the Memo app. The Restore has recovered most of my data. What's missing is all the memos that contain a ton of important info. What do I need to do to recover the data? The data was not restored through a restore from backup.

My Blackberry browser is still working. I used to have FireFox and EI as options and since I updated my phone, they have since been erased.
Ive Updated, Ive swiped, Ive returned everything to factory settings. Ive deleted and reloaded all the apps along with replacing my sim card.

I added the wireless charging antenna NeWisdom® from amazon and it worked well with my different qi chargers including Itian A6 Qi Three Coils Wireless Charging Pad with 5V from amazon for couple of months.
Last week i used the fast charger that comes with a nexus 6 and since then wireless charging stopped working for me ( i tried multiple wireless chargers CHOE UPGRADED Qi Wireless Charger Charging Pad from amazon). Even worse using the cable directly from the wireless charger i referred above does not work ( other charger cables i have seem to work ok when i plug them in).

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy 3 day old Z3 rebooted to factory settings while having it in my pocket. I was out for a five hours walk and have used it serveral times during the walk to take photos. They were stored on the SD card. Battery was on 73%. At the end of my trip I noticed it asked for my pin code to unlock the sim card. I used my newly set pincode for simcard and it worked fine. The telephone was set up with screenlock as well, but that has disapeared together with all my installed programs and my photos and videos on the SD card.

The issue is that I have my phone in my pocket and I am walking in the street.
When I need to use my phone, I just noticed that it has factory reset itself.
when This happen, I am not able to make any call till I connect to a Wifi Network to perform some configuration.
Because my phone was quite spoiled during the time, i decided to do a factory reset. I connected my Z3 (5.1.1. / / 23.4.A.0.546) to the PC (Win10) and resetted the device by using PC Companion.
The reset took some time, and, because i wanted to restart all over again, i decided to manually restore the app-collection (so i turned off the auto-restore option in my google-account).
I've been busy with this during the day, and last night I turned my phone off and connected it to the powercharger.
I was updating my phone software with nokia software uploader and suddenly my pc got hanged and so i had to disconnect my phone..i found that the screen was blank and i tried to switch on my phone but of no use
