Xperia Z3 :: Radio Not Working - No Sound Output
May 6, 2015When I plug in my earphones, there is no sound output from the FM radio. Walkman app works fine so its not the jack or earphones. The FM app shows that the radio is on but there is no sound. I really don't want to factory reset..

Feb 23, 2012I was enjoying the whole ICS update, all things were working fine. Updated to 4.0.4 yesterday, and LED has stopped flashing at notifications. Please fix it. I have emailed Xperia support as well.

Feb 9, 2010I've got a 3g and up until last Friday I was able to play my iPhones iPod and Aol Radio app thru a stero cable and into my cars radio.
But now it's stopped. It plays but it's very very low. I thought it was the cable so I had a friend play their iPhone into my car with the same stero cable and it works for them. But when I plug mine in it's low low low. I haven't updated to 3.1.2 or whatever the newest software version is.

May 4, 2011The camera on my x8 has stopped working all of a sudden. When I turn on the camera, the screen looks pixelted, and when I take a picture the screen goes black. I just updated the software today (4 may 2011) and it has not fixed the problem. Will I have to take my phone back to the shop to have it sent away?

Dec 11, 2014I've found a problem with last system update for my smartphone: Android hotspot doesn't allow to access Internet.
The version of the update is 23.0.1.A.3.9
I've seen that the wifi connection between PC and phone works fine (in fact, if a server is mounted on phone, the PC finds it and can connect to the server) and the connection from the phone to another hotspot works, but if the node is the phone, the tunnelling between mobile data connection and wifi network, doesn't work (as no route is made!), so, PC connects to phone, but can't access to the Net.
Xperia Z3 :: Phone Touchscreen Stopped Working
Jun 15, 2015I rinsed my phone under the tap today because someone got chocolate icing on the screen. I didn't submerse it in water and i haven't dropped it. I simply ran it under the tap for no more than 5 seconds then dried it on my shirt and now the touchscreen doesnt work.
I made sure the flaps were closed and i've checked the indicators, on both sides they are yellow/white and not pink.
I'm trying a repair through the computer as restarting the phone has done nothing.

Jul 3, 2010Up until around a week ago I streamed Spotify to bluetooth devices (speakers, headphones, Ford Sync in my car) with no issues but now I either can't stream Audio at all (with Sync) or it cuts out and stops playing (speakers).
I use Stamina Mode but have both Spotify & Bluetooth Sharing activated in sleep.
I have an Xperia Z3 (model D6603) on Android v 5.1.1 with no pending software updates. I've run a diagnostic on Bluetooth which passed.

Apr 28, 2012I recently dropped my phone about 2 feet and the screen cracked a bit in the upper right-hand corner. The phone has been fine for about a week since the incident, no problems at all. Yesterday I noticed there was some slight bugginess with regards to the touchscreen. I turned it off then back on, and it began to be unresponsive entirely, so I put the phone away and ignored it for a minute. I try again and it works just fine. A few minutes later, the same issue happened again, but I had no luck just ignoring it. I am unable to unlock my phone at all. I can still navigate through the power options just fine using the d-pad. I tried connecting it to a computer and to a power source and had no luck with that either. The phone won't charge and won't mount on a computer.
