when i call or pick up the phone the mic doesnt work i tried diff softare and that did not help the strange thing is all works wen using headset with mic or bluetoothheadset with mic so i now think the mic is broken but i cant find a replacement part anywere

When I went to sleep last night, my phone was working fine. It was on my bed and charging. When I woke up this morning, it was still plugged in but completely dead.
It won't turn on, it doesn't have the red light when charging, nothing. I tried a different charger, tried the force restart, even tried the little yellow button and still nothing.
The only thing I can imagine is that it severely overheated and blew the engine. Nothing else makes sense. Is there anything else I can do beyond replacing it?

I'm new to the forums but my pearl flips keypad lighting has completely stopped working. When i turn the phone on there's no lighting behind the keypad, however the main lcd is fine. I've had the phone for about a year, normal wear and tear.My question is if it's possible to get the lighting back? will purchasing a new keypad get the lighting back or is it a main board issue?
View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter updating to Lollipop, (I had 5.0.1 and no 5.1.1) my phone started doing really weird stuff. For example, two months ago, sensors stopped working in any moment and I had to reset it for normal behaviour (for a few hours or minutes, depending the day). Well, that stopped one day without doing anything dramatic (I did factory reset two or three times). But now it got even worst: the microphone just stop working while doing simple phone calls. I have tested it in whatsapp audios and android testing and everything seems fine... So I have to reset the phone and it works for a random amount of time. I think this is an Android Lollipop issue, but I haven't been able to confirm that. If so, How to manage it?

I've seen that the wifi connection between PC and phone works fine (in fact, if a server is mounted on phone, the PC finds it and can connect to the server) and the connection from the phone to another hotspot works, but if the node is the phone, the tunnelling between mobile data connection and wifi network, doesn't work (as no route is made!), so, PC connects to phone, but can't access to the Net.
I rinsed my phone under the tap today because someone got chocolate icing on the screen. I didn't submerse it in water and i haven't dropped it. I simply ran it under the tap for no more than 5 seconds then dried it on my shirt and now the touchscreen doesnt work.
I made sure the flaps were closed and i've checked the indicators, on both sides they are yellow/white and not pink.
I'm trying a repair through the computer as restarting the phone has done nothing.
After switching off my Xperia Z3 from charging.. My keyboard started giving message..Unfortunately XPERIA keyboard has stopped working. Only thing i cud do was click Ok and it repeatedly showed up untill i restarted.

Thinking it was a software issue, I took the battery out and put it back in again, but now the phone won't turn on, as said button is not working.
Up until around a week ago I streamed Spotify to bluetooth devices (speakers, headphones, Ford Sync in my car) with no issues but now I either can't stream Audio at all (with Sync) or it cuts out and stops playing (speakers).
I use Stamina Mode but have both Spotify & Bluetooth Sharing activated in sleep.
I have an Xperia Z3 (model D6603) on Android v 5.1.1 with no pending software updates. I've run a diagnostic on Bluetooth which passed.
After factory reset my xperia z2 camera stop working. Every time i open camera , unfortunately camera stop working error coming.
