When my phone rings with an incoming call, my screen stays blank! I can't see who's calling nor can I answer the call!
I've restored my phone to factory settings. I've followed the repair process with PC Companion & it still doesn't work!
its since about a month since I boght C7.It worked fine until i got this glitch.
The screen just goes blank sometimes when a call is incoming .I am not able to use the touch screen to attend the call and instead I have to use the push button below.
I tried switching off and on again, and also removing the battery and replacing it, but without success.for once or twice after restarting it may work fine but again it happens. could it be software problem or any interference from any apps that i downloaded?
Ever since I have updated my X10 to 2.1 my screen goes blank after a call.i can speak on the phone but when the call finishes my screen gies blank and i have to take out my battery to turn it of.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI love my G3 and have had no negative issues with the new Android, except for this one. When I receive a call, the bottom half of the screen is blank/black. I'm able to answer and end a call only because I know where the icons are, they still work but I just can't see them. Upon ending the call, the whole screen comes back. It's only on incoming calls that I've had this issue (although, I don't use too many apps so don't know if it's occurring elsewhere). I do not root my devices.

It could turn on again, but some settings were gone (VPN settings and Mobile Networks). I did the "Settings Reset", but it didn't work, nothing happened.
I can't receive phone calls and or texts, nor can I go online thru my Mini pro. What's wrong with my cellphone?
I have updated my phone firmware recently. The screen slide unlock feature is cool.... but most of the times, the screen goes blank when I receive a call making it difficult to figure out the caller before I receive the call.
View 5 Replies View RelatedSo just got my 6p yesterday but it seems as though ambient display although turned on is not working ND when I answer a phone call my screen stays black during the call and won't wake up.
So apparently it's because the tempered glass screen protector is covering the proximity sensor. I still have to actually test that theory out once I get a new protector but from doing some digging that most def it. Just a heads up I used the one by super shieldz so don't buy that one until they make a cut out for the sensor.
i dont believe i have seen this mentioned so if it has i will close my own threadanyway about 20% of the time maybe less i will get a call and it is ringing but the screen is off. i have to hit the wake button and then it shows the call as

I assumed this was as a result of mistakenly clicking "clear who is it blinking" on the home screen menu, however, I've since been unable to re-enable it.Consequently, whenever I either make a call or pick up an incoming call, the screen goes blank and becomes inactive. View 7 Replies View RelatedI have the Xperia Z3 from Tmo and when I see my contacts I see the pictures on them but when I call them or they call me I get the blank default picture for them during the call. I have verify I dont have multiples contacts of the same or multi pictures. I reset the phone and in the first sync everithing was OK but after like one hour again the same probpem. I reset it and installed all apps one by one to see if one of them was giving me the error but everithing was OK after I intall them and after some hours again the same thing. I like this phone and I dont whant to go back to ios.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWhen I first got my N8-00 I had no problems at all, until 6 months later I dropped it from a height of 2ft. Then I got all the problems, automatically turning off and restarting 100 times a day etc, etc. I took it to my phone supplier who replaced it with a new one, that had the new Anna software installed. Since then whenever I get or make calls the screen goes totally blank.
It is really annoying as I cannot see who is calling or if the call has gone through. I have to manually unlock the phone to attend the call. Also having problems answering the calls as sometimes I have to press the answer button 3-4 times. Finally now 3 months after having this phone it has started turning off and restarting automatically, but only about once a week, so far. I have all the latest Anna updates but these problems still persist.
I have an annoying issue with incoming calls. when one comes in, the screen will lock up in landscape mode. even when i hold the phone upright, it's still frozen in landscape and the ringtone cuts in and out. then eventually after touching the screen multiple times it will unfreeze and the ringtone starts all over. this has happened with every hybrid and os ive had. even with the .320 i believe.
