Even if the Phone makes a fallback from LTE to 3G or 2G the Data transmission Stops. There is only one way to get in back: Shut down and restart the phone again.

View 4 Replies View RelatedAround 7:20 every morning, my iPhone just stops loading data. I'm able to receive & send data up to about that time. Then it just dies & doesn't do anything...no texts, emails, in game data, nothing. I have full bars & the 4G icon displays when this happens. It will usually take 2 reboots of the phone to get it to work again.
This has been going on for quite a while & frankly I'm getting sick of it. It seems to have started ever since I upgraded to the new stinkin' iOS version 5.1.1.
It's frustrating to have the phone simply stop transferring data for no apparent reason. And it definitely shouldn't take 2 reboots of the phone on a daily basis to get it to work again.
the phone's wifi/data (situation happens with both) will stop working. I'll eventually realize that none of my messages in iMessage are going through or that instagram has not updated its feed in over an hour. I'll restart the phone and everything will work for another 30 minutes or so before everything stops working again.Â

I just got a brand new N86 and when I switch on the FM transmission it doesn't transmit to my cars radio. I had N79 before getting this phone and the FM transmission used to work fine. I tried googling the issue but I only got topics regarding "Feature is not supported" which is not the case for my phone. Is there something I'm missing i.e.. some system settings or such..or should I get a refund/replacement?

Everything was fine at first but recently i would say within the past month i've been dropping calls and having problems with the data services. I'll be streaming slacker radio and all of a sudden it stops and i have to reboot to get it working again. The dropped calls thing is pretty much random. Im running 5.0.0.405.
Anyone else having this problem? I mean the whole surfing while talking thing is nice but if this keeps up im going to have to just bite the bullet pay the early term fee and switch back!
Phone can call and accept calls, but when connected, no sound, no voice going either way. Voice mail allso connects, but no sound.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased a blackberry 8320 from a friend it was giving some problems like: Cant setup own email account, bis moves slow, msn gives and error.So i decided to do a handheld wipe then after the wipe finished i did a battery pull and then i stop reciving service books like the phone was locked down or something. I called my service provider (Digicel Jamaica) then told me to re-register the HRT which i did before many times and a number of battery pulls and nothing happen so i deiced to post this in the forums and see if i could get any help with these issues
View 12 Replies View RelatedMy wife has a 16GB Galaxy S6 with basic clamshell case while my son has a 32GB Galaxy S6 which is entirely enclosed in an Otterbox Defender case.
From the same location (the classrooom she teaches in) I can receive a text message from my son BUT NOT my wife. The reception in her classroom is spotty at best. Only when she moves to a location with better reception is her phone able to actually transmit the text messages (sometimes I receive messages from her hours later when she leaves school).
why one S6 has no issue while the other does? We are all using the stock messaging app.
My iPhone 3GS used to work well with a Motorola H700 headset and the bluetooh in my Lexus. All of a sudden, I could connect with the H700 or the Lexus and place a call but there was no audio received or sent even though the screen in the Lexus said it was being sent/received. I have checked all settings; I have removed and re-setup the iPhone on both devices and to no avail. Is there something I am missing? I know the bluetooth system in the Lexus works because i can connect my Morotola SLVR to it and get audio both ways.

1- Why can't I use the zoom property in the camera in 5 or 3 or 1 MP but I can use it in VGA shooting and also in the video but in the MP I can't zoom?
2- I find that all the pics I take always get saved in the memory card, and I can't make a choice between phone or memory card can someone tell me why?
3- When someone is calling me, I always find this message appear to me "Ciphering not provided by operator, insecure transmission" can someone explain it to me ?

After updating to the latest version (23.1.A.1.28), sometimes during using the phone it suddenly stops responding starting from the home button then the desktop icons & the app drawer also don't respond and can't even switch to other home screen pages.
After restarting the phone, it works fine for some hours and then it happens again. This happens at least twice a day.
I tried repairing by pcc and the same problem returned again. This never happened on Kitkat. Is this a common issue (should I flash kitkat to solve it)?
All of my applications randomly closes, it says""xperia keyonboard has suddenly stopped working.......etc". I have already sent my phone to the service center and i just received it from the center. It indicated in the receipt that they fixed it and have done check ups manualy but my phone has the same problems. I just started my phone after receiving it and in the set up guide and i couldn't even use the keyboard to type the needed information, all it said was that the keyboard suddenly stopped working.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently switched from iPhone to Xperia z5 compact, so I don't know if this is an issue which already affected previous models.
Basically, I usually listen to music using bluetooth headphones. However, this is not always possible and I sometimes need to use devices with a cable.
Now, I've been mainly using apps like Spotify and Deezer to listen to my music and whenever I am on one of these with cable headphones or if I plug a cable to connect my phone to my car speakers, annoying things happen. In fact, in these situations, I can only play one song, after which the music stops and I have unlock the phone, access the app and start the new one from the app itself (it doesn't work from the lock screen or the notification centre). This problem is affecting only third parties apps apparently, or Deezer and Spotify. In fact, if I use the Sony Music app, cable headphones work fine.
None of the 3rd party alarm apps will go off (admittedly i only tried 5) Still works fine a few days ago.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've had an Xperia X10 Mini Pro for a while now. The last few months I have experienced that the phone stops recieving phone calls and SMS. The rest of the phone is still working and I can use apps and mobile internet so I do not notice myself that it has stoped working untill I try to make a phone call myself. The phone starts working again if I restart it (just a normal shut down and the turn it back on again). This works every time. Once restarted I normaly gets a lot of SMS's with messages on my voice mail etc.

The indicator shows the phone is connected and there is good signal, but all applications report network error when trying to connect. Turning wi-fi off and on makes it work for another few minutes. The phone is after complete wipe and reset, I tried to connect to different networks and the problem is still there. Other android phones connect to these networks okay and there is no problem (personally tested with HTC Incredible S, Desire HD2 and One X)

View 4 Replies View RelatedI got my Z3 2 months ago. I had no problem charging it before, it used to charge fine but after 3 weeks, it started to act strange during charging process. Even if the phone is plugged in fine, the phone charges for few minutes then stops charging again. The charging LED light turns off and when i check the phone, theres no charging signal. But sometime it charges fine without disconnecting.
I thought it was my charger's problem and i tried 2 more new chargers and its still the same. I was running 4.4.4 when this problem occured so i was guessing maybe it was software related issue. I updated to 5.1.1 but the problem still exists. I am using USB cable to charge it. It happens with both the wall charging and PC charging, I even tried factory resetting but no luck. I don't use wireless charging or any charging dock, only USB cable.
Getting pretty frustrated with the WiFi lately. I don't know what happens, but sometimes when I come to use my phone, I find the WiFi connection not working. The WiFi status icon shows it's receiving and not sending data, which is weird. I turn WiFi on and off, I "forget" my WiFi details and register them and again, but still not working. The only soluton I found wokring so far, is to restart my phone.

It's really an inconvenience when I'm in hurry and trying to get something really quick, and suddenly my phone goes, "Nope, WiFi not working, gotta restart me ", and I'm just looking at it with a straight face and blinking fasterÂ

What makes this happen? I have the "Keep WiFi On During Sleep" off, though I'm not sure if that's the case. And yes, the problem started happening after the Lollipop update.

When I have my phone plugged into an audio jack cable and play music through an amplifier everything is fine until the music stops
playing; either because the album is over or the playlist is over and then I get a thumping electronic noise. It comes in spaces like dut dut dut dut dut dut.

It happens a few seconds after the phone has been inactive and the phone has gone standby, it stops when I unlock the screen or just activate the phone. Then If I wait until the phone goes inactive again I get the same noise.
I have purchased xperia x10 mini pro one week back. whenever i keep my phone idle on table for few minutes, its screen stops responding (if i keep it in my hand or pocket then it works ).So, i need to take out battery every time and restart it again. I did that a lot but nothing happens.So i decided to re installing the 2.1 update using PC companion. It helps,, everything was ok for one day..
