When I have my phone plugged into an audio jack cable and play music through an amplifier everything is fine until the music stops
playing; either because the album is over or the playlist is over and then I get a thumping electronic noise. It comes in spaces like dut dut dut dut dut dut.
It happens a few seconds after the phone has been inactive and the phone has gone standby, it stops when I unlock the screen or just activate the phone. Then If I wait until the phone goes inactive again I get the same noise.
I have an Xperia Z5 compact. This was playing my music apps find for the first 3 days. Then it started to glitch, by stopping my music playback if I turned the phone 90 degrees one way or another as well as playing back through the phone speakers when the headphone is plugged into the jack.
I've tried trouble shooting mentioned on other parts of this forum. I didn't have the google maps "shake to send feedback" feature on, and this behavior is happening on multiple music apps (Podcast Addict, Google Music, Sony Music, Spotify, etc). So this seems to be a problem native to the phone, not a third party application.
I have the X6. The phone rings and I unlock the keyguard using the slider on the side of the phone and the phone stops ringing. Then in order to answer the phone I press the green button on the bottom left of the phone or I press answer call on the screen and then I can speak which I suppose sounds fair enough. But I just think that something is wrong because surely the phone should continue to make the 'ringing' noise until I actually answer the call rather than going mute just because I have unlocked the keyguard.. Am I doing something wrong or is this just how the phone works?
I have a Xperia Neo V, with ICS 4.0.3 Nordic... And today my phone was working correctly and i did put it in my backpack Few minutes ago when i took it from my backpack, the screen was with a strange bar on the top and it shows: P: 0/1 | dX: 0.0 | dY: 0.0 |Yv: 0.0 | Prs: 0.13 | Size: 0.15 | And when i touch the screen, these values changes acordding to the localization where i touch and it makes like a DRAW where i touch with a crosshair where my finger is...
I get a clicking sound when a track changes while playing music? Does anyone else have it. Also, when the battery is running low, I get a weird noise (via the earphones). Sort of like the sound you hear when you are near to a speaker and are receiving a call.
I just received my z5c and I am currently testing the front camera. I noticed that from time to time the pictures taken with this camera have strange patterns on it. Below you can see the same picture, one with the issue and one without:
When playing music, and opening the camera app, or any app that would create a sound (like a new message incoming), the music player stops. Is this normal?
Its really annoying when listening to music on headphones, and the music stops/pauses for any sound that might occur.
I've been using my new LG G3 for three days and I'm happy in general. However, I've noticed that, when I play music, sometimes the song stops and goes on. Like a very quickly interruption. It's not a big deal, but it annoys a bit because I listen to a lot of music during the day. The songs are original, copied from CD and they are stored in the SD card. The SD is a good one, I used to use it in my previous Lumia and it worked perfectly. It never happened anything like that with my previous phone. I use the google app Play Music.
Playlist stop playing during runs, not the headphones, tried 3 different ones, and problem persists when on speaker. Sometimes plays 1 song, or 2 songs, on a good day I get 3 songs until it just stops playing sound. Stays in the playlist, just stops.
i can have my music on on my phone but when i receive a message on blackberry messenger it stops and i have to manually pause and play the track each time. is there a setting somewhere on the phone where this can be changed.my friends doesn't stop when she gets a message it just beeps over the top. but she doesnt know why mine does it?
Iv had my torch for a while now and when I'm listening to music it stops after every track. If I wake the screen it will continue to play the next track otherwise nothing. Tried selecting repeat and there is a tick next to it in the menu and still nothing.music it stops after every track
I just got my samsung galaxy S II a few days ago and i'm immediately disappointed by the sound. When using headphones, there seems a small amount of distortion or noise just before each track is played and in between tracks. (Possibly while playing tracks as well). Also, when i stop or pause the music, and then scroll through lists or even just touching the screen at all, there seems to be some kind of audible static noise heard through the headphones. This noise only seems to last for about 5 seconds after i have paused a song, and after that it then seems to be silent again with no noise when i touch the screen.
Usually even the screen turn off I thought music still playing but I just know this morning when I listen music from my phone.. I used stock HTC music app.
Recently upgraded to iOS 5.1 on my iPhone 4 - since doing so, music stops palying randomly while in sleep mode - thought it was the headphones, so tried another pair and the same thing happens... On a 32 minute train ride this morning, I had to press play at least 12 times.
I recently updated to 5.1.1 and my phone will stop playing music through the headphone/AUX jack. Pulling out the cord and plugging it back in reinitiates the music, but it will stop soon afterwards again. The song is still playing (because play icon still up). Thought it was a problem with the cord, but other iPhones (not updated--friends phones) work just fine for long periods with no interruption. I checked out the headphone jack looking for lint or debris and did not find any, so I did a restore.
After restore of phone same problem, random cutting out using the headphone jack. This morning it is doing the same cutting out while playing music with my Bluetooth Bose speaker... so I tested it with my physical stereo system dock, again, music cuts out. (I've tested all my music devices--Bluetooth speaker, physical stereo dock, and car aux jack/cord with other NON-updated iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S with no problems like the one I am having.)
Info: iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1, Headphone, AUX, jack, Bluetooth
i have iphone 4, iphone 4s and ipod and on all units some songs stop playing and skips to the next song. i have unchecked sync music and put it back on again and still the same result. I also set up a new library and no luck there either.
I have the Google Music beta on PC and the Xoom music player is syncing nicely to it.However, when playing, it will skip and sometimes stop playing altogether. I have 3.1 update, and 9.5 gb free on internal storage. It happens with on device MP3's as well. Not a wi-fi issue as it happens with wi-fi off. Any thoughts fellow Xoomers? I did search the forums already, and saw some mention of Andro Explorer causing this
I have a brand new MOTOACTV 8GB and have only used it to TRY and listen to music around the house and outside once to walk my dog. I can't get through three complete songs without the device stopping a song. Sometimes it will randomly start to song over after a few seconds, sometimes it will move on to the next song. I have done a factory reset, upgraded to the newest software 6.13, and tried three different music formats, all supported. The same things happens regardless of what I try. If I can't get this thing to play music I'm really skeptical as to the rest of the functions.
I started this discussion on the old froum and didn't get it resolved. I had to send in my old MOTO due to repair issues. They sent back a new one. This new MOTO keeps stopping the music during my workouts. Last time I ran about 40 minutes and it quit. I got it going again but it then quit about 15 minutes later. Yes, it is fully charged and yes I use ITunes to sync the music. All songs are either mp3 or those recently purchased from ITunes Store. It does not always quit on the same song so I don't think encoding is the issue. The software is up to date. Should I call Motoorla support and reuqest a new unit? I was going to just "live with it" but why only have half a unit working? No, pressing the right hand button on the top does not get it started again. I have to let it alone for several minutes then it will start again aftger going into playlists and selecting the palylist I am using and press a song. It doesn't matter whether I use Shuffle of just press the first song in the list. Seems to be a hardware issue since my first MOTO didn't do this.
I will be listening to my Blackberry either with headphones of thru the speaker. And when ever one song ends instead of playing the next song I only get complete silence. But the next song is counting down (as if its playing)Now this doesn't happen everytime but enough to where its getting annoying esp.
Sorry if this has been posted before, but whenever I'm listening to the iPod and I go into Settings the music stops. Bug, or does Apple have it set this way?
I want to use my blackberry as audio device when riding my bike. However i noticed that it just stops playing music when there is a new notification, once thats has been cleared, it just resumes playing. This is highly unusable 'cause the torch is somewhere in my jacket.
I saw that this was a common problem and i find it very unlicky that cracking my blackberry (which i bought for 800$) is the only solution to make it work like a 20$ mp3 player.
This problem has been occurring since I have used the 1520. Never did I experienced this with my 920 before.
Anyways, music randomly stops playing and I can't seem to get it back to playing if I don't restart THE WHOLE PHONE. It's very annoying and no this is not an Xbox Music issue since I've tried MixRadio, the Hub Tile and other third party players and this is still happening. Whatever skipping of songs I do it still won't play. Songs are switching but it's stuck on the 'pause' button but it's not playing.. No sounds, time is not running. REALLY annoying.
