Galaxy S6 :: Strange Hotmail Address Popping Up
Dec 1, 2015So I've got a galaxy s6 active and every time I type be it a text or browser or whatever, randomly in the auto fill suggestions a hot mail account will pop up. Sometimes it's kind of inappropriate like some kind of dirty email or something. I've never seen these before and I don't look at anything bad on my phone.

I logged in and when open on the recommended page and then scrolling to the next page it gives an error (operation could not be completed due to an error) after that i can't even log out. everything I do is an error message. Its been upgraded to the newest version. I also completely removed OVI store and re-installed it. But still the same problem.

Mar 11, 2015For some reason, a error keeps popping up every time I connect to my home wifi. The phone connects perfectly fine and it says it is connected, but whenever I attempt to use the internet nothing will load at all. The wifi bars are there and are full, but nothing works. In wifi settings it says it is connected. On all of the other desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in the house the same wifi works perfectly fine. So, I have come to the conclusion that it must be something having to do with the phone.

May 30, 2010I'm running the newest OS 5.0.0.681, and every time I reboot I get an "uncaught exception java.lang.Error". After I hit "OK" everything seems to run fine, but the error just won't go away. This is the second time it's doing this...the first time it happened I thought a wipe and reinstall would fix it, but it just came back. I don't know what app might be causing this (if it's indeed an app).

Jul 15, 2010OK, looked at every app , every notification, every sound on the device and cannot find this. My phone makes two strange sounds. Sometimes once a day, sometimes twice in 5 minutes. No rhyme or reason. And after the sound, I check everything from messages, to voicemail, to app updates, to Ebay to - you name it, and nothing new.One sound sounds like :di-di di dih-goosz goosz goosz with the "goosz's" getting lower in volume and sounding gritty.
The other sound is similar, but different.Any ideas at all? I know if I go to the Apple store it will never happen when I am there.

When I have my phone plugged into an audio jack cable and play music through an amplifier everything is fine until the music stops
playing; either because the album is over or the playlist is over and then I get a thumping electronic noise. It comes in spaces like dut dut dut dut dut dut.
It happens a few seconds after the phone has been inactive and the phone has gone standby, it stops when I unlock the screen or just activate the phone. Then If I wait until the phone goes inactive again I get the same noise.

After I select an option usually my email gets uppated, so I'm assuming the email is asking for internet. Apr 20, 2014My 1520 now has the Bing search menu keep popping up. It has dine this now many many times and often freezes the phone on that display. I have had it do this without even touching the screen. Just reading an article and out if nowhere it pops up. The only way to resume is to turn the screen off and back on. Its getting annoying and only seemed to do this after the last update, not windows 8.1, just the last regular update. I also get the screen shaking up and down sometimes and have to turn the screen off then back on. The screen contents will start shaking violently up and down. I have done the soft reboot several times and gone into the Bing settings to turn off but it still does this. I should have never updated this phone. It worked brilliantly before it. What's next, hard reboot?

It goes away completely when I disable haptic vibration feedback. It's not a big problem, just a minor annoyance. Still, disappointing considering the price of the phone.

I followed all the steps and flashed using "X10a 2.0.A.0.504 0001 CUSTOMIZED BR". The client said everything was complete. I unplugged, and turned my phone on. And now it says there is no SIM card in my phone, and only offers emergency calls... when there is in fact a SIM card in there. I've been troubleshooting with their support team and reflashing, and still no luck. I have tried numerous other SIM cards, nothing. I think the SIM card reader has gone dead.

Sep 16, 2010I am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.
