Since I have updated my phone(D6503) to android 5.0.2 I receive an error everytime I try openning the 4k video recorder. The message is "Uknown error". I am also unable to open the simple video recorder as it says "unfortunately the camera stopped".

View 10 Replies View Relatedwhen ever i try to play 720p hd videos on my xperia active running ics 4.04 i get the error message "sorry,this video cannot be played"..and after this i wont be able to play any videos till i turn my phone on again..and then for few minutes it plays smoothly and again it stops with that message..but in gb i never faced any such issues with the same videos i think it may be due to phones gallery app..so i opened those videos in MX player but there the video plays in S/W decoder mode and i cant change it to H/W decoder mode because H/W decoder mode isnt available u can see that in the below screen shots.but after restarting everything will be ok ..i formated my memory card but still the same ..only modification i made was that i rooted my phone.screen shot when i opened 720p video in MX player(before restarting)screen shot when i opened the same video in MX player(after restarting)Error message while opening in default gallery app?
View 9 Replies View RelatedFirstly, when I watch video on youtube about 4-6 clips - the error message appear: "Please touch to try again" - even I touch multiple times it still can not play.
Then, I go to the Video App (Sony), surprisingly, the video didn't play. It appear an error message: "Can not play this video" - I try with every single video on my phone and still has the same error message.
And more surprisingly, even the video on facebook have the same problem too.
So it must be like: If I watch video on any app, suddenly the clip can not play or just keep loading infinity, these app will be "infected" immideately (at the same time as well). The only thing I can do is reboot the phone.
I know reboot phone is just spend my little time around 15-30 seconds maybe. But it is very annoying to happen with very frequently.
I can only asume these 2 issues are somehow linked, when I try to watch a video on Facebook I get an error "the video cannot be played, an unknown error occured, if I open the same video in youtube, I just get a black screen, a reboot will fix it for a little while but not long, when I get the error, it will not let me record video with the camera either, just says camera is not available as soon as I hit record, mines a z2 and the problem only started since the lollipop update, if I reboot, I can watch videos and record video, after a while both errors return, its getting very annoying.

I tried to take several videos last night of a band but each time I went to save clips of 4 mins in length to my internal storage, the phone would display flashing bars as though saving but wouldn't save (just showed the flashing bars as though trying to save) and instead lock up. I had to restart each time and consequently lost my videos. I tried various recording modes and had the same issues. I was able to take and save pictures with no issues.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSo I took a video of me shooting a paper ball and slightly missing a trash can from my Galaxy S6 using the slow motion feature. I took that video and transferred it to my computer to edit it and put Chariots of Fire as the background music. I saved that file, keeping the exact same file type (MP4) and transferred it back to my phone. However, now when I view it on my phone, the video is the fraction of the size even though the dimensions still say 1280 x 720. When I press the full screen button, it enlarges but only vertically. I've tried converting it to H.624 and I'm normally pretty good at figuring this stuff out but I've hit a wall.

I followed all the steps and flashed using "X10a 2.0.A.0.504 0001 CUSTOMIZED BR". The client said everything was complete. I unplugged, and turned my phone on. And now it says there is no SIM card in my phone, and only offers emergency calls... when there is in fact a SIM card in there. I've been troubleshooting with their support team and reflashing, and still no luck. I have tried numerous other SIM cards, nothing. I think the SIM card reader has gone dead.

Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.

I followed every instruction but I had to abort the process when PC Companion prompted me to discontinue due to low battery conditions. I charged my battery. I connected phone and continued process. In step two - prepare - I get the error message: Installation Error: unable to install or start phone software update components. I tried several times but I still get the same error. I restarted my computer and my phone numerous times and still the same error is popping up.
