I bought an xperia mini last november and now, the back and menu keys interchange their functions.also, when im texting, the menu options keep on popping out that hinders me to txt. :<its been almost 2 months since i bought my phone and now wtf?!=.=I WENT TO THE WHERE I BOUGHT MY PHONE BUT THEY'RE PERMANENTLY CLOSED.!!HOW AM I GOING TO USE MY WARRANTY WITHOUT THE DEALER'S SIGNATURE??
View 1 RepliesI've have some unresolvable issue with two Sony widgets: "picture frame" and "photos and videos". First one lost 2x2 size and can be applied 3x3 only. Still there are "picture frame" two widgets are running since 2.3.4 android in 2x2 size. I can remove them but won't add anymore in needed size. Same with "photos and videos". I've got 2x2 one after upgrading to ICS. Wasn't up to rearange my desktops and faced that removing 2x2 was a big mistake. There is 3x3 only can be placed. "Clear date" didn't help. I'm pretty sure that both widgets can be placed in smaller 2x2 size. But OS doesn't offer that chois anymore.

Camera worked for a while without problems, but recently I moved the camera icon in one of the corners.
After that, the camera button (after the focusing position, when pressed till the end) just turns the main menu on without taking the picture. However, camera works sometimes without problems (one in five attempts). I reinstalled the software using SEUS, but the problems still persists.
I seemed to have lost ma main screen which shows the time?? iv tried switching the phone off an on again but still not there?
View 1 Replies View RelatedBasically I updated my girlfriend's Mini Pro (Hong Kong SI) the other day with SUS to ICS (4.0.4); did the clean wipe and update option. Everything has been working fine with much improved browser speed etc, however, today the camera just stopped working.Literally, the camera app draws a blank and 3rd party Camera apps just say cannot connect to camera. The only solution was a manual reboot of the phone. Is this a common for others who've updated to ICS?

And, I lost my "Options" and "Compose" icons, which is like the most important ones! I read all suggestions here. It is not hidden, it is not in another folder, it just gone. Now when I change the Theme, I do see it, but all my work is gone, and I like my current Theme of Sprint. Any idea how to restore my lost icons on my current Theme? Look like a BB common problem.

It interrupts all/any apps and there is no way to close it when it appears. It will stay on the screen for about 5 seconds before disappearing again.I have recently had to do a complete reset of the phone because of other issues and now this is even more frustrating than they were.

A slight, yet audible popping sound that you can occassionally hear when using the phone with haptic vibration turned on and in quiet environments. It goes away completely when I disable haptic vibration feedback. It's not a big problem, just a minor annoyance. Still, disappointing considering the price of the phone.

For some reason, when I try to share an app from my Home Screen, the options menu that used to appear asking for how I would like to share is no longer there. It used to be that I could long click an app on my Home Screen and then drag it up to the top where it says "SHARE." Then an options menu would appear and I could select how I would like to share. Now, when I drag something over the "SHARE" area, a little dialog box appears saying "Creating Post." Then it says "Connection Error." I have tried factory reseting my phone and repairing my phone more times than I can count. I'm not sure where the problem is. I also notice, that some settings seem to stay with the phone even after a repair or factory reset. For example, I had to manually enter my APN information when I first got the phone. It is now already entered when I finish a repair. I don't know if this sharing problem is some deep setting that I can't reset or something else all together. It's a royal pain. I really liked and used this feature before and now it's gone!
