My blackberry Curve got stolen and now I become dozen of mails with the content:"This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.BEGINETP 201AcgdpYkAAAAAIBAIMjcyMTNjZWQgDmYta3dAb25saW5lLmRlAAAsiLNQBUNJQ0FMA0CAgICB..."Is there any chance to track my phone or to find out who is using it right now?

When I delete aol mail from blackberry 8530i, handheld and mailbox, it REALLY gets deleted. It doesn't go into the aol "Trash" folder, it just disappears altogether, like it never existed, and does not appear from my PC.

I've had my blackberry since August of 2010. I learnt as much as I could and there was still much more to learn! About a month ago my phone was stolen from my home. The police are working on tracking it but....IT'S BEEN A MONTH!
Recently I was made to understand that there is a number under the battery that can be used to track the black berry even if it is off. My question is: since I no longer have the BB in my possession is there a way for me to get that number?

I bought 4 BB 8320 in New York during a business trip,I gave the phone to my employees and I kept 1 for me when I was back in Italy. After 2 months of perfectly working period with internet and all my mails 1 of the phones (mine) it s not working anymore, after contacted my provider VODAFONE ITALY and tried all the possible solutions(several reset, updates) it still not working as the provider said the pin seems to be busy in another country.

OK, looked at every app , every notification, every sound on the device and cannot find this. My phone makes two strange sounds. Sometimes once a day, sometimes twice in 5 minutes. No rhyme or reason. And after the sound, I check everything from messages, to voicemail, to app updates, to Ebay to - you name it, and nothing new.One sound sounds like :di-di di dih-goosz goosz goosz with the "goosz's" getting lower in volume and sounding gritty.
The other sound is similar, but different.Any ideas at all? I know if I go to the Apple store it will never happen when I am there.

i have just bought the new 1020. Upgraded it to 8.1 (no Denim yet, however).
I have strange background picture that i can't get rid of. It is some kind of a MS/Nokia ad and is present behind all screens in all apps (it is barely visible when using bright theme), it displays the text: Windows Phone 8 41MP revolutionary camera touch here. I recently performed a battery pull to re-establish connection with the local EDGE network, and as expected, all the emails that I received while not in contact with EDGE came flooding in. What also appeared was an icon I've never seen before, an orange envelope with a sort or ribbon encircling it, and it only appears in front of the "Email Messages" icon, not the "Messages" or "SMS and MMS" icons, and is not accompanied by the usual tiny envelope icon with the number next to it that appears on the Home Screen whenever I have new messages. I've emptied out the Email folder, but it's still there.

When I'm on the phone with someone - anyone, regardless of locaton - I hear intermitent "beeping" sounds on my end of the phone. These are not system sounds or calendar alerts, they sound a little bit like feedback or R2D2 sounds. They come and go but sometimes they are totally annoying. I have asked the people I'm talking to whether or not they can hear the sounds, and they have reported that they can not. I called Verizon and they said they had never heard of this problem before.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything that can be done about it?

My iPhone was just stolen a few hours ago. Unfortunately there was not yet a tracking app installed as it was brand new. I NEED to find a way to atleast see the location. I have already tried checking the recent calls, texting the phone, offering a reward, even contacting At&t - all to no avail.

I got my verizon galaxy s5 stolen last week Monday and I'm wondering if there's any way to locate and wipe the phone? I know it's been over a week, but any way to locate and wipe the phone?
Last Monday night, I called the phone not too long after it was stolen and it went straight to voicemail. Later that night I suspended service. I went ahead and called the insurance I have for the phone and got another s5 delivered on Wednesday for a $99 deductible. I activated the phone that evening and it's been working fine since then.
I tried installing android device manager app on my new s5 and it wasn't able to locate my stolen s5 and my current s5.

iPhone gets stolen, thief takes out SIM card to prevent remote wipe (not sure that would even help), thief jailbreaks iPhone and accesses entire file system via SSH.I thought this was ironic, but would it help if people jailbreak their iPhones and change the root password to prevent a hacker from doing this first?My company is thinking of deploying iPhones and from all the articles I've read, the iPhone's security can be bypassed in comparison to the Blackberry just by having a paper clip.Not sure if anyone has ever given it too much thought but maybe we can start a discussion on how to protect the data on your iPhone in case it gets lost or stolen.Anyone else worried?
