Jul 2, 2015When I press the sweep panorama in camera settings the camera app stops. Every time. I haven't been able to open this setting even once.

I noticed that when making a vertical panorama the iphone doesn't use a continuous focus, which makes the photo look blurry outside of the original focus area. Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Disable Press And Sweep To Unlock?
Jan 30, 2011I bought the X10 mini pro a week back. Whenever I try to unlock my mobile, I am asked to press and sweep to unlock my phone followed by the draw pattern (which i have enabled in the location and security section) to unlock the mobile completely. Now I don't want the Press and Sweep option to unlock my mobile. I just want the draw pattern to unlock the mobile. Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to disable that Press and Sweep to unlock option in the mini pro or any app to disable it?? I tried the No Lock App but that is disabling the draw pattern to unlock as well.

Nov 28, 2015I'm using Google Camera on my Nexus 6. On my earlier Android and Nokia phones, taking panorama pics were be easy and I used them very frequently.
But with the nexus 6, the camera doesn't take good panorama pics. I've been able to do so successfully only once. At all other times it doesn't take a good pic.
I also get a message "Fish eye is not complete. Are you sure you want to continue?" .
It's asking me to complete images above and below the line that I wanted to take. Panorama doesn't really need those angles. How to utilize the camera app for this correctly.

Xperia Z3 :: Quick Camera Button Sets The Camera In Automatic Settings
May 16, 2015A friend is having troubles with his Z3 : He used to take pictures with the quick camera launch button, but since a recent camera or system update, when he use this button, the camera is set to automatic mode instead of manual, with poor resolution and quality settings. If he launches the camera with the standard button from the phone menu, everything is fine and perfectly set up.
When the camera is used from the quick button and set back to the correct quality settings and manual mode, after closing it, it goes back to auto mode with bad settings. Same thing when he slides the camera icon from the locked screen. The only way to get the proper settings when launching the camera is to use the icon from the phone's menu.
He tried a lot of things, from uninstalling the camera updates to searching everywhere on the internet, there is no information or messages about this problem.

Oct 27, 2015I recently purchased a Z5, upgrading from an iPhone 5S.I've noticed that the panoramas come out just awful. The resolution is low and I get a lot of 'shaking lines' despite none appearing on my iPhone and both were taken with very minimal movement. There don't seem to be any individual Panorama settings but all other settings including the basic camera are set to the highest resolution.
I took a comparison shot of my kitchen with both my 5S and the Z5 and the difference was significant and immediately noticeable. Am I missing something that improves the quality or do I have to just put up with less than acceptable Panorama quality for a phone of this calibre?

It's better to let modify for taking photos as simplier as possibile, because we can't firstly unlock our phone and then press on our camera button

After the V2 upgrade taking so long, and still no manual exposure, I find it highly unlikely we will ever get manual exposure settings on the Sony Xperia series. I will sell my Xperia Z5 premium and get myself an LG G4.

Xperia Z2 :: Stops Responding After Using For Several Hours
Apr 13, 2015After updating to the latest version (23.1.A.1.28), sometimes during using the phone it suddenly stops responding starting from the home button then the desktop icons & the app drawer also don't respond and can't even switch to other home screen pages.
After restarting the phone, it works fine for some hours and then it happens again. This happens at least twice a day.
I tried repairing by pcc and the same problem returned again. This never happened on Kitkat. Is this a common issue (should I flash kitkat to solve it)?

I have already sent my phone to the service center and i just received it from the center. It indicated in the receipt that they fixed it and have done check ups manualy but my phone has the same problems. I just started my phone after receiving it and in the set up guide and i couldn't even use the keyboard to type the needed information, all it said was that the keyboard suddenly stopped working.
