Sep 4, 2011I've had my BB for around a year and about a week ago, I got a message saying I needed to verify my BB details to keep receiving email. I haven't been well and among everything else I just forgot about it.Anyway, I realised a couple of days ago that my emails had stopped coming through, so I went to my email set up options and it gave me the option to log in to my device. I filled all my details and hit 'log in' but it refuses to register that I've typed in my username. No matter what, it always comes up saying 'Blank usernamee. Type a valid username'.I don't use my phone for work, so it's not the end of the world if I've completely screwed it up and can't get the email back, but it's inconvenient and annoying.

May 19, 2012My BBM has stopped sending or recieving messages.Whenever I try to send a message, it makes the sending symbol that looks like ))) but then a big red cross like this X comes up. I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.

Dec 4, 2015 I was on straight talk (at&t) and I stopped receiving MMS messages. I tried every APN configuration I could find and none worked. I installed a different rom and they worked for a while and stopped. I decided to try out project fi so I didn't try a new sim. I also restored to stock for a fresh start. My Fi service started today and I'm still not able to receive MMS messages. Sending them works fine as far as I can tell.
I called Google and none of their solutions worked and they told me the port can take time to fully go through. While I was waiting for the port to complete I used my straight talk sim on my one plus 2 and did receive a picture during that time. Is it possible that the problem is with the phone itself? Dialing some set of symbols and numbers to get into additional phone settings or anything like that?

I attempt to do this and it asks me to login which I try to do but it will not let me. I go to the BlackBerry Internet Service page where it tells me to go and i cannot get anywhere. Jun 2, 2014Suddenly, I am not receiving group texts on my iPhone5. It appears than I can send them, but I don't receive them. I haven't had this problem in the past. The group text that I am not receiving is between 2 people that I have sent and received group texts from before. T-Mobile suggested turning the settings on and off again, they wanted me to delete all my old text threads, which I don't want to do. I'd rather save that as a last resort.
