BB Bold :: Suddenly Stopped Receiving Emails?
Jun 12, 2012Today got an email on my phone saying "Verify email@address.com password" the email being my email address. I attempt to do this and it asks me to login which I try to do but it will not let me. I go to the BlackBerry Internet Service page where it tells me to go and i cannot get anywhere. I guess I cant remember my user name and there's nowhere to email for help.

Jan 11, 2010For some reason this evening I'm not receiving emails on my new Bold. I'm able to send emails and access the internet and BBM is working fine. It has been working fine since I got it. I've done the routing tables thing and resent service books. Any other ideas? Edit: I've just noticed I'm not receiving my facebook notifications either.

Jul 25, 2012i got the new phone about a week ago and the experience has not been good.after a rough start, i got it to work for a few days. it behaved what i expected it to be until about a day ago when all of a sudden it stopped receiving and sending messages.i power off, took off battery, etc and tried to reboot it - it didn't work. all settings seemed to be ok, what am i missing?

I'm not too sure when exactly it happened, but if i'm not mistaken it was soon after I set up my email accounts on my Playbook. I've tried all the common solutions like sending the service books etc.

Nov 4, 2011In Bold 9000 I could see the whole week in the calendar Week View. while Bold 9900 shows only a fraction of the week. In addition, there is a large empty pane in the top of the screen, which further reduces the amont of visible information. Also, even though I selected Sunday as the beginning of the week, this view does not respect this selection and shows the start of the week on various days.Is there a way to see the whole week in the Week View?

Sep 4, 2011I've had my BB for around a year and about a week ago, I got a message saying I needed to verify my BB details to keep receiving email. I haven't been well and among everything else I just forgot about it.Anyway, I realised a couple of days ago that my emails had stopped coming through, so I went to my email set up options and it gave me the option to log in to my device. I filled all my details and hit 'log in' but it refuses to register that I've typed in my username. No matter what, it always comes up saying 'Blank usernamee. Type a valid username'.I don't use my phone for work, so it's not the end of the world if I've completely screwed it up and can't get the email back, but it's inconvenient and annoying.

May 19, 2012My BBM has stopped sending or recieving messages.Whenever I try to send a message, it makes the sending symbol that looks like ))) but then a big red cross like this X comes up. I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.

Dec 4, 2015 I was on straight talk (at&t) and I stopped receiving MMS messages. I tried every APN configuration I could find and none worked. I installed a different rom and they worked for a while and stopped. I decided to try out project fi so I didn't try a new sim. I also restored to stock for a fresh start. My Fi service started today and I'm still not able to receive MMS messages. Sending them works fine as far as I can tell.
I called Google and none of their solutions worked and they told me the port can take time to fully go through. While I was waiting for the port to complete I used my straight talk sim on my one plus 2 and did receive a picture during that time. Is it possible that the problem is with the phone itself? Dialing some set of symbols and numbers to get into additional phone settings or anything like that?
