When I turned on my BB tour this morning it hasn't received any email messages. I checked and the network is enabled and working and I can receive calls. I checked my computer and I do have unread emails. Does anyone know what's going on... I did received messages yesterday, so my email set-up is correct.
Today got an email on my phone saying "Verify email@address.com password" the email being my email address. I attempt to do this and it asks me to login which I try to do but it will not let me. I go to the BlackBerry Internet Service page where it tells me to go and i cannot get anywhere. I guess I cant remember my user name and there's nowhere to email for help.
my iPhone suddenly stopped receiving calls. It does not ring, vibrate, nothing. The caller gets sent to voice mail. Is there a fix?? Is Apple actively engaged on a fix?
For some reason this evening I'm not receiving emails on my new Bold. I'm able to send emails and access the internet and BBM is working fine. It has been working fine since I got it. I've done the routing tables thing and resent service books. Any other ideas? Edit: I've just noticed I'm not receiving my facebook notifications either.
i got the new phone about a week ago and the experience has not been good.after a rough start, i got it to work for a few days. it behaved what i expected it to be until about a day ago when all of a sudden it stopped receiving and sending messages.i power off, took off battery, etc and tried to reboot it - it didn't work. all settings seemed to be ok, what am i missing?
I've suddenly stopped receiving emails on my Bold 9900 (3 accounts: Hotmail, Gmail and a school email). I'm not too sure when exactly it happened, but if i'm not mistaken it was soon after I set up my email accounts on my Playbook. I've tried all the common solutions like sending the service books etc.
My phone suddenly stopped sending and receiving texts and calls. I couldn't do anything. There was also a little green phone in a circle with a red asterisk on the home screen.
My email all of a sudden won't work. I have important documents that need to be emailed asap and I can't get to a cpu in time. I'm on a amtrak and won't be home until at least 10 am and it will be too late. My bbm works, my internet works even text but this damn email is acting up.If anyone knows how to fix this pls share the word, I'm in a jam.I have a sprint tour btw, I just spent 2 hrs typing this doc and can't even email it.
I have a xperia x10 mini which was all working fine until i tried to download an application/game. It didnt download so i cancelled the download then noticed that the phone wouldnt make or receive calls or texts. If i try to make a call, it comes up "call ended" almost immediately.
My last message from my hotmail email account to my device was as of 6 pm today.....but I've been seeing emails come into my inbox since then through regular login on the web?...I resent service books and rebooted my device just so I know I'm not going crazy....anyone else with hotmail/msn experiencing this?
hello, I just upgraded my phone to the .732. Everything went smoothly during the upgrade, ever since then I have been having trouble with receiving text messages and MMS messages. I have gone to 3 sites for free ringtones have sent the ring tones to my phone, I have not received anything. I also have setup google voice and I am not getting any text messages from people tht text my google voice number.
My bbm was working fine till 2 days ago when suddenly all my messages stopped delivering. I'll get sporadic moments where I'll be able to send one or two but that's it. I haven't changed any of my settings.
My Twitter app has suddenly stopped notifying my new mentions/messages etc! I have Curve 9320 and this problem has only arisen in the past couple of hours. I've got my "notify on new mentions" box ticked and my notify ringtone is on as well.
I was having no trouble receiving messages and e-mail updates from my PC, but yesterday they stopped for no reasonable there be something wrong with my curve as I never had any problems before.
My BBM has stopped sending or recieving messages.Whenever I try to send a message, it makes the sending symbol that looks like ))) but then a big red cross like this X comes up. I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.
I was on straight talk (at&t) and I stopped receiving MMS messages. I tried every APN configuration I could find and none worked. I installed a different rom and they worked for a while and stopped. I decided to try out project fi so I didn't try a new sim. I also restored to stock for a fresh start. My Fi service started today and I'm still not able to receive MMS messages. Sending them works fine as far as I can tell.
I called Google and none of their solutions worked and they told me the port can take time to fully go through. While I was waiting for the port to complete I used my straight talk sim on my one plus 2 and did receive a picture during that time. Is it possible that the problem is with the phone itself? Dialing some set of symbols and numbers to get into additional phone settings or anything like that?
Its completely stopped sending and receiving messages. Ive tried the battery pull and that worked for a while but now there's a red x beside every message I send. I've also deleted and reinstalled BBM but no luck.
My Torch 9800 has stopped receiving text messages from the USA - I am UK resident and in the UK currently, I am receiving other texts from the UK and South Africa?
i've been on holiday for 10 days and i came home, charged my phone and no text messages, facebook notifications or bbm's have come through! i've tried sending bbm's and the red clock comes up... i also cant connect to the internet! and when i switched my phone back on, it had the same date and time of when i left it 10 days ago! what do i do?
My Curve suddenly stopped receiving text messages and it shows I have email messages, however, I am unable to access them. I also have lost the ability to send text messages and emails, as well.Tried removing the battery and resetting that way, and have also done a soft reboot per AT&T's instructions.AT&T has also reset my registration (or something like that) and have verified that nothing in my service plan has changed.
Just yesterday my Torh 9800 stopped receiving text messages - I can send them but I just don't receive them. I have tried the usual "take the battery out and restart" but it still won't work! Also, it has stopped telling me when I have voicemail, but the little sign that I have voicemal never goes.
I can receive text messages from any sender and get the message just fine and able to read fully. One sender's messages are all blank. I receive the message and my phone acts like I have one, but all the words are gone. And this sender is the person I text and talk the most to. I pulled the battery and that didn't help.

So, I've had my Tour for around 8 to 9 months now. its worked pretty well overall. I put it in a Seidio innocase right when I got it and got the matching dock so I can charge it in the case.About 2 weeks ago, it just wouldn't charge on the dock anymore. I can plug it in, and it charges fine.Noone else I know has a Tour so I can't see if theirs will charge on my dock. I can only say that the dock hasn't left my end table in months, hasn't been dropped, and likely isn't the issue.Has anyone else had this happen on the Tour?I'm less than 1 yr with the Tour, but I've NEVER bought the insurance through Verizon. Do, I have ANY recourse here?I believe the last time I investigated the coverage, I understood that there was nearly no reason to have insurance becasue the phone has a year warranty from the manuf, but I must go through Verizon to do anything.I wanna have my ducks in a row before going forward.I also bought the phone on my Amex bluecash which extends my warranties up to an additional year, so if I can find documentation that the phone has a year warranty with RIM, then in another couple months I can make a claim on my AMEX, of course they would only cover what I paid for it which I believe was 100, or maybe 150 as far my card charges show.Not sure which way to go with this.If there is something I can take apart and fix inside, I'm not against attempting that but I dunno what it could be.
my BB Tour stopped recognizing the contact alerts I set up. Verizon the cell carrier wasn't any help. I have deleted and reset. Shutdown the phone including disconnecting the battery-nothing helps. Does anyone know how to fix? Phone is a week old-New.
My 9900 is only a week old but has started behaving strangely. Sometimes it would stop ringing when a call comes but would show the name of the caller on the screeen. Picking up the call would result in the caller not hearing my voice. Once this happens , it would remain this way till I pull out the battery and restart it again. When in this situation , any outgoing call would also not work.
I've checked and I'm at the latest available update. (7.0.0 bundle 1346)
Couple weeks ago randomly stopped getting anything. It only comes through if I refresh them myself. It is driving me mad and I dont know what to do. I have battery pulled, deleted and reinstalled to no avail?
