i've been on holiday for 10 days and i came home, charged my phone and no text messages, facebook notifications or bbm's have come through! i've tried sending bbm's and the red clock comes up... i also cant connect to the internet! and when i switched my phone back on, it had the same date and time of when i left it 10 days ago! what do i do?

Since I updated the BBM I can not send or receive messages, this update is a disaster, Due to the fact that I'm traveling, I do not have the roaming services and have been using BB services via WIFI and Now I canīt connect to the BBM at all.I need help because I am very upset with this update. My Blackberry is the CURVE 9300.I have uninstalled the BBM and then re installed it, but it still does not work After reading the comments on this update I realized that everyone is complaining.

Recently, though, it can take up to an hour for my message to be delivered to him and vice versa. check mark will show up but no "d" He said he has service, enough so he can text and say BBM isn't working We have Verizon and both of us have Storm2. i was wondering if there was anything we could do to fix it or if our conversations would just have to take a few hours.

Everything went smoothly during the upgrade, ever since then I have been having trouble with receiving text messages and MMS messages. I have gone to 3 sites for free ringtones have sent the ring tones to my phone, I have not received anything. I am sure I don't have memory issues as there is nothing on the phone now. However message sending is fine. I tried hard and soft reset and also updated software via OVI Suite but still its the same. Also calculator application doesn't open. When I select calculator nothing happens.
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy BBM has stopped sending or recieving messages.Whenever I try to send a message, it makes the sending symbol that looks like ))) but then a big red cross like this X comes up. I've tried re-booting about 10 times, and also updating my version of BBM to the newest possible version, but nothing has worked. It's not a connection issue, because my internet, 3G, Facebook, Twitter, Texts and Emails are all working. I've tried connecting my phone to my wifi instead of the 3G I pay for, but with still no luck. Also, my data usage is fully topped up and nothing wrong with my service provider O2.

How can I fix this or is it a issue with all blackberrys because this has happened on the both of the blackberry curves that I have used. I use messenger with some of my family from Canada and then it uses my data. If I texted them it is international texting and therefore costs per text.

View 14 Replies View RelatedAfter two or three charges my new (up to date) Lumia 900 stops sending/receiving text messages. The map app also appears black at every zoom level. However LTE signal is fine, I can receive phone calls, and use data to search for near-by restaraunts and overlay results over the black tileless map.There is no visible indication that the phone is no longer sending/receiving txt messages.. other than an angry girlfriend.Once in a while I open up the map app to see if its loading tiles. If not, I reboot the phone and everything returns to normal for a few days, and then problem comes back. It has been this way since I bought the phone three weeks ago.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have several contacts on my BBM that work fine individually. I have 1 group set up on my BBM (I'm not the administrator). There are 4 members of this group. This group has been set up for a couple months and was working great until last week. Right now the other 3 members can send and receive messages normally. However, I can only receive messages. No one is getting anything I send the BBM group. We have tried several things to remedy this, but nothing has worked. We have deleted and re-added me to the group. We have started a new group (with the same administrator) and I have started a new group with me as the administrator. Still, no one is receiving my messages. Again, I can individually BBM with these same people no problem.

I receive the message and my phone acts like I have one, but all the words are gone. And this sender is the person I text and talk the most to. I pulled the battery and that didn't help.

I have an S6. And it has had the latest software update. Ever since yesterday, I am not receiving any notifications for ANYTHING, be it messages, whatsapp, facebook, snapchat etc, I only see I have a message if I click directly into the app and then it shows me i have new text/snap or whatevs. This is frustrating so much!!!!! Ive checked in my settings and I have all my notifications switched on, I even set them as a priority but still no joy! I have also restarted my device a couple of times in the hope that would work but nope ....

I've been enjoying my new Galaxy S6 for the past couple days but one thing I've noticed is that I'm not receiving any Gmail push notifications. I only ever notice new emails getting pulled in when I open the Gmail (or Inbox) app, and it executes a refresh now that the app is open. If I'm not using the app or my phone's screen is off -- nothing.
I've tried a number of different things, including making sure Power Saving mode is turned off and ensuring that auto sync is enabled for my Google account. I've also made sure that all the appropriate Gmail labels are set to notify me.
One thing I've noticed, in the process of discovery for my Gmail issues, is that when looking at my Google sync information on my phone, the "last synced at" time is usually very out of date.. sometimes it's a couple hours ago, sometimes it's a day ago. I'm wondering if my phone is for some reason just not polling on a regular, more reasonable interval.
FYI I'm getting push notifications from other apps (including Hangouts) as expected.
I've just moved over to a Galaxy S5 from an iPhone 5S. I am using S Planner as my calendar, but I'm not recieving any meeting requests. My husband (who has an iPhone) has sent numerous event invites. They aren't showing up in S Planner or in my email. Yet I can send him an invite in S Planner and he will receive it on his iPhone.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAs the title says, I have a Droid Turbo that will not send emails with a few photos coming to about 15 MB. Same thing happens with our Razr M and Droid Minis, but my iPhone 6 doesn't seem to have an issue. Thought I could do something similar as the iPhone and choose what size I want the photos to be when I send (to at least make the email smaller), but I can't seem to find anything like that either. We are running Exchange 2010 and do not have any email size requirements set for incoming/outgoing mail or for the ActiveSync policy. They just sit in the Outbox until I delete them.
