Oct 3, 2010i updated my phone to 2.1 last week . Today when i went to call someone all of my contacts had dissapeared and the writing keyboard had changed to a korean key board,i also find i have a japanese,chinese and korean keyboard in the text settings section.
I don't know how this happened and how can i delete these keyboards as all i can do is text in korean. I have followed the instructions to change settings but still no luck

Nov 26, 2012I have a Danish SK17i with build 4.1.B.0.587. It has stock ROM and is rootet. What I want to accomplish, is to write Korean, but I do not want to change menus etc to Korean. I have tried a number of keyboard apps from the Play Store, but none of them support the SYM key and the globe key on the hardware keyboard (and some didn't support HW keyboard at all). I've also tried changing the HW keyboard as described on xda dev [URL]. Is there a way to add Korean to the writing languages of the stock keyboard, or do I need a custom ROM?

I have English letters but have Korean symbols to change text to numbers etc. and lost the bar above the letters giving me word suggestions etc. I have switched off, removed battery and sim but still reverts back. Have TP Korean Keyboard icon but cannot remove or manage application.

Jun 7, 2011Originally I was having a problem where whenever I tried to load an application onto my device I would get an error saying that there was not enough room on the device. (Even though there was about 15GB left...)I decided to try a "Data Wipe" from the Settings menu.The Data Wipe seems to have worked a little too well and wipe everything on the device except the browser app. The device also does not connect to the PC anymore.Whenever I connect it to a computer the "BlackBerry Smartphone" driver installs but nothing else. The Device Manager does not recognize it either. Nor does the Desktop Manager.I have tried a couple different computer and nothing has worked.I have also tried to install the device update, but because none of the drivers will recognize the device I cannot install the update as the update tool does not recognize the device is plugged in.

I has install some games either from the market or through the web but somehow my phone suddenly cannot detect my SD Card. On the status bar it stated 'Remove SD Card. Insert a new one". Why this is happening? I've tried to check the card through computer and all the data still there. I've format the SD Card with fat 32 and recheck again. I've install back all the application in the card which I has back it up earlier. Through my computer the card is fine. When I insert it to the phone, is says the same.
