I cant log in my blackberry id. It always says "unable to login your BlackBerry ID account". It worked before that's why i dont know why it wont log in now. I have tried rebooting my phone several times but still it wont work.
View 4 RepliesI recently purchased a Blackberry Sync Pod and for some reason the phone will not charge while on the dock. The phone wil enter bedside mode and i get a message stating that the phone will not charge. I am able to charge the phone without the dock using the exact same cable. The retailer isnt willing to assist in this matter as they say it is something I need to take up with the manufacture.whats wrong or how to make the phone charge?

It crashed twice while booting up, and on the third try the boot-up progress bar stopped 2/3 of the way across the screen and never moved. Then I got a message saying "Error 102, Reload Software." I downloaded Desktop Manager (version 2.3) for my Macbook, but the program wouldn't recognize my BB when it was hooked up with the USB. I tried pulling out the battery, changing USB ports, reinstalling Desktop Manager.

While you some of you all sigh, and others cheer, rest assured that a Verizon Wireless version has to be somewhere in the works. With all of the rumors of the iPhone 4 appearing at a Verizon store near you sometime around the end of the year, RIM would have to be crazy to keep this new gem on only one carrier. Then again, Verizon is getting the BlackBerry Storm 3 , so maybe this is going to be AT&T’s baby for at least a little while.
Reports say that the BlackBerry 9800 is running BlackBerry OS 6 in a pre-release form, but we still have gotten no official word on the name. “Torch,” “Bold” and “Slide” have all been circulating as possibilities. With support for WCDMA bands I, II, V and VI, the new phone will be operable over most of Europe and Japan—excellent news for business travelers.
Since the 9800 is expected to be out by August, here is a quick rundown on the specifics that are known:
- A Webkit-based browser (like the iPhone)
- BlackBerry OS 6
- A touch-screen
- Slide-out keyboard
- WCDMA bands I, II, V and VI for international travelers
- An expected price range of $199 to $299
Little is known about the processors in the Torch, RAM or storage, but the Storm 3 will allegedly have a 1 Ghz processor and 1GB of RAM, so do not expect the Torch to disappoint."

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm having an issue with the menu/BlackBerry button (whatever it's called) The button seems to be stuck. So when I push it the menu will come up but it will automatically do what is highlighted, which is often close or open the tray if on the home screen. If I lock the phone it will darken but then lighten up as if I have pressed the button, but I haven't. It will say screen locked but will continously darken and lighten back up.
I was having this issue a little while ago and even took my phone apart to clean as I thought that was the issue but it did not help. Then I needed to charge it, which I normally do by plug in, but this time I used usb to computer. There seemed to be a substantial update for my phone which once completed fixed the issue with the button. Which was a huge relief as I was thinking I would have to pay somebody to fix and I don't want to do that. It is very pricey.
Well today it started back up. I connected it to the computer but it said there were no updates and did not fix the button problem. And yes I have tried battery pull.
Is it possible to tether my tablet using my BB Torch 9850? Or is that a "is it on your carrier account" thing? Actually, that can't be the case because I can tether using a SGS2 - Epic 4G Touch and they're both on the same Sprint account.
