I am trying to activate a Verizon wireless phone with page plus and the ESN seems clear but when I try to do the OTA programming, it can't recognize the phone. Kitty Wireless (who have been very kind) have been helping but they the esn must be wrong. Any ideas of where to find an ESN BESIDES under the battery? I have looked under settings and phone info but it's not there.

I just bought a Samsung Alias u740 the gray version off eBay. I opened the battery and it didn't show any ESN/MEID number... There are two sets of numbers though. One has 11 numbers, another one has 8, 4 letters and 4 numbers. which one the ESN would be?

I love this phone and I'm not happy with the configuration of the new Alias, so when I was eligible for a new phone I got another of the same one I already had.The second one, the one I am using now, has the AF25 software. My original phone has the ZL05 version.As a result - I only discovered this hideous "Auto View" problem recently.And I ended up here while trying to find a fix for this annoying bug.So my question to all you fine folks now is.Did anyone ever find a fix for this bug, and if not, can anyone tell me if/how I can download the old software onto my newer Alias. I believe I have downloaded the necessary file onto my desktop but beyond that I am completely clueless on how to get it onto my phone.
Where to buy HTC water damage indicator sticker replacement? I honestly don't know why I keep getting HTC's. 4 P4000's that all became bricks, 1 Diamond that broke within months, and now my new Touch Pro 2. The Diamond is known for having the water damage sticker in a place that it can be triggered by anything and they wouldn't fix it. 2 of my 4 P4000's had the sticker trigger for no reason as well.
Now I'm having problems (software mostly) with my TP2 and was about to bring it in. Sometime in the last week or so the water damage indicator turned bright red & now I know they won't even look at it. If there are ones inside I'm sure they will be fine as the phone wasn't actually near water.I've looked EVERYWHERE. There's water damage sticker replacements for all kinds of phones but not for HTC's.Does anyone know where I can find them? This particular strip/sticker is the rectangle one that starts as white with tiny crossed red lines. Even if someone knows if another company uses the same sticker I will get that!
Recently 2 Shiney Walkman logos from back and front have been peeled off. As you might have guessed I need those stickers. Please tell me how and from where I can get them. Can I get them directly from Sony Ericsson?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an e-mail account with a number of aliases. I want one of those aliases to be the one that shows as the sender whenever I send an e-mail from my Blackberry Torch 9800.
On a previous Blackberry there was a 'reply to' option and by putting this alias in there it did the above. Has that option been removed on the Torch?
I cannot set up the alias as a seperate email account on the Torch as there is no actual 'password' with the address.
My iPhone 4S shows no interest in using my alias email address as the default choice for sending and receiving email, even though I've changed the settings in iCloud. Mail persists in using my Apple ID as the default sending email address. It's a minor nuisance as my name shows up either way, but I'd like the correct email address to show.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden, my Alias mail account name is telling me that the password or account name is incorrect.So I go into SETTINGS as the button appears for it, and I hit it check all the settings and the settings are fine, nothing has changed. I have not had this problem in over 5 years! Is this a symptom of iCloud going full, taking over MobileMe? I cancelled my MM account 3 months back and have not had any problems. Why has this problems suddenly started appearing? I was looking at the mail in the ALIAS account from the alias account. Now I am looking at it through my main account, which is also reacting slowly due to this problem.
View 4 Replies View RelatedOK, I know that my PIN is correct but it keeps saying my PIN is incorrect. I keep entering it and it still doesn't send me to Google login account so that I can at least get into my phone using a backup login. It doesn't let me unlock my phone in any way whatsoever. Just keeps locking me out for 30secs every 4 times that I enter a PIN wrong. Nothing that says "too many incorrect PIN attempts" pops up.

In porting over my contacts somehow i ended up using Microsoft exchange server and it created a hell of a lot of multiple contacts for the same person but based on different emails,phone numbers... You name it. Not sure how i did that. Some if my contacts have multiple listings for the same field when i go to edit them, I'm not sure which field i should be entering thier correct data.
For instance, if i add new contact, that contact can be either
Phone contact
Google contact
Microsoft exchange contact
SIM contact
Some of my contacts when clicked on have two phone accounts associated with them. When i click edit, i scroll through the usual name, phone number etc... then I'm presented with another Phone contact heading with the same fields again only might have a different email address in one of the fields.

The Time randomly changes by hours and minutes. This morning it was off by 3 hours plus some minutes. I am in the correct time zone and the Date & Time is set to Automatic; Time Zone is New York. I have another iPhone 5c in my house hold and it does NOT experience the same issue. Both iPhones are using the same Apple ID. I have not reset the phone yet because I will lose all previous text messages etc. I m also not able to connect to yahoo mail when the time is off and I am forced to send Text messages as opposed to iMessage, which has caused problems with my contacts NOT being able to text me.Â

I just got off of the phone with customer service and was told basically I'm going to lose all my business contacts & personal notes that I entered this morning during my morning meeting and that it's my fault because I didn't back it up! When I type the password, it shows what I'm typing, instead of masking it with asterisks, and reverts to the alphabet unless I press Alt+ the key. Even when I carefully enter the correct password, it always says it's wrong. I have 2 or 3 tries left. Last time this happened a few months ago, it ended up wiping everything. I would like to avoid losing some valuable audio files that are stored only on the phone.

The actual RAM memory showed that it's only about 300MB and the actual internal storage showed that it's only 420MB while the whitepaper for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray ST18i showed that the RAM should be 512MB and the internal storage should be 1GB. I used Elixir 2 to determine it. Is there an explanation for this? Sony Ericsson should make available utilities for checking the hardware specifications of the phone.

HTC one S - all of a sudden I have no notification sounds. All the settings are correct and when I do trial run with sound I can hear it but when and actual call or text message comes in all I get is vibrate, I get no sound. What's up with that? I have turned off and on hoping to reset - no go.
